Greystone RV Electric Fireplace 26" with Remote and Radius Front

We discovered that our fireplace in our RV had given up. I found this fireplace on Amazon. It was a direct replacement of our existing one. Delivery was scheduled for 1-2 weeks. I sent an email thru Amazon to the supplier requesting to ship it 2-day delivery using my Fed-Ex account. It arrived 2 days after ordering! It was very easy to install as it was a direct replacement. Works beautifully and the flame is much prettier than our old one. It keeps the RV at a consistent temp which is why we use it rather than the furnace. Great service, quick shipment, easy installation. I highly recommend this item and this vendor!!

I ordered this heater fireplace as a replacement in my rv. It came as expected. The heater is nice looking and works well so far. It has a very nice look. I would recommend this product.

Love the updated larger fire design.Our 6 year old RV fireplace circuit board fried (literally) and we choose this replacement. Easy to install.One thing.. had a loud crackle sound once turned it on. Easy fix... Removed the back, snapped the picture panel back in place and the flame reflector wheel no longer hit the panel. Noise gone!

Exact replacement for unit in our RV. Fit perfectly in existing opening. Minor damage to box, small dent in bottom of fireplace and on trim. Used old trim as it was same as new. Item arrived day before promised date-about 48 hours!

Great electric fireplace. We had to replace the original in our RV and this one was a perfect fit. EASY to install in minutes. I would definitely buy it again, plus it looks great.

From the one I replaced, the fireplace was exactly the same as the old one. However, the mounting screws that come with the unit are severely inadequate . They are tiny, approximately 1/16" long, so they will not provide adequate strength to maintain the unit from loosening up during travel in my 5th wheel trailer. I used longer, stronger, screws to insure the unit would not work loose during travels. I also drilled an extra mounting hole one both sides to further strengthen the mounting.

Direct replacement for the original unit. We use this unit alot to save on propane.Works great and heats up our RV.

The media could not be loaded.  Our initial reaction was, “What the heck?!” Due to the sound. But after reading some reviews, it’s not supposed to sound like that. The screen (the part that the light is reflected onto for your “flame”) must have moved in shipping and was not attached. Removed the back, but the screen in place (easy), and put the back on. Fixed! It was a little larger than the one we replacing in our RV, so we had to take a .25 inch off our opening, all the way around. Output is better than the one we had!
