Feel way better taking it
My mental state is just significantly more positive when I take it, but it doesn't last that long, maybe 5 hours or so. Very few nootropics have helped me at all but this one is great

Had a pleasant effect.
These had a pleasant hard to define effect. Made me feel a bit more relaxed and more energetic. Had to cycle otherwise effect waned.The overall effect was not great enough that I continued to use after a couple of months, but it helped to make an unpleasant period of work a little more bearable.
