DEF 2364 36 40 45 48 Carburetor Rebuild Tune Up Kit Replacement for Dellorto Drla

Totally excited to see a rebuild kit at this price. The gaskets all seem to be good quality as did the O-rings. The problem I have with the O-rings is size. They are not correct. the thickness is to much. when used on the needle valves they bind in the holes and tear off as they pass the threads. Also the diaphragm for the accelerator pumps are garbage. the slot in the piston does not align with the holes for the screws. so the slot is out of alignment for the rocker arm that actuates the pump. have the replacement screws is a great bonus. except that you only provide 4 of 5 for the top half of the carb. The fuel line and filter is also a nice add. fuel line seems to be poor quality as it collapses. So it wont be used. Also the washers provided for the needle valves are too big and will not fit in the holes. Unfortunately I will have to spend the extra money and go with one of the other kits next time. by the time i found and replaced the parts that were not right. i ended up spending more money. I would have to recommend not purchasing this kit unless all your looking for is gaskets.

There are a lot of these kits floating around that claim they will fit Dellorto 36, 40, 45 and 48 carbs. I have the dual Dellorto 48s and the gaskets included are too small both for the carbs and for the manifolds.

The brass center piece of the red accelerator pump is not aligned correctly and does not match the carburetor body. Several pieces missing and 'o' rings provided are too fat.Returning.
