Perfect fit for Lodge 10.25” skillet
Perfect fit for my Lodge 10.25” cast iron skillet, sku L8SK3. I like the handle design instead of a knob. Steam hole is great as I don’t want food to steam cook too much so the steam hole is very much welcomed.

Top notch!
Great size for my larger pans. Easy to see through the cover while cooking. Only large lid I'll need.

Pretty good, in spite of other reviews!
Ordered this to replace the lid on my 10" fry pan, that I broke. Listing says it's 10.25". I haven't measured it, but I have measure my pan, which has in ID of 10.25". Yet this lid falls a bit short of that. It does fit adequately and will serve my purpose, though, so I'll be keeping it. I've seen foolish complaints about having to attach the handle, instead of it being delivered fully assembled. The reason it's not attached already, is that it would significantly increase the height of the box it's shipped in, meaning that on the container ship, they can get far more of these into the same space that far fewer would fit with taller boxes, reducing shipping costs. And, that's true even of items made in the USA. They still must be transported in bulk, either by truck or rail, and the taller boxes increase those shipping costs, as well. My guess is that shipping them fully assembled would add at least a dollar to the price! It took me all of 3 minutes to attach the handle - well worth the savings! Also, someone complained that the handle doesn't sit fully flush onto the lid. This person was worried that dirt will get under the handle brackets and not be easy to clean off. Well, personally, I don't cook on top of the lid! I fail to see just what dirt is supposed to accumulate there. Plus, unless you're hand washing everything, your dishwasher will easily get out anything under the handle bracket. A small brush would do the same thing in seconds, if hand washing. I really don't see the problem! I do wish it was just a tiny bit larger in diameter, but can live with that. I also wish that the handle mounting holes had happened to be spaced the same as the handle on my old lid were spaced, so that I could have used the red handle that matches the rest of my lids, from the lid I broke. But that, too, I can live with! If you need a lid for a pan 10 to 10.25 inches, I recommend this one, unless your lids have knobs, instead of handles, and you're trying to match them. There are reasonably priced lids with knobs, instead of handles, here on Amazon.

Should Read Before Buying
It's a fine lid, does what lids do. But, I was concerned about attaching the metal top part of the handle straight on the glass, so, the thing comes with a extra set of handle parts, I used the second set of rubber gasket on the TOP of the glass lid under the handle. It's a bit tight to get threads started, but doable. Also, I worked on the angle of the handle ends so they were more closely aligned (flat) with the curve of the glass lid. But it does exactly fit the Calphalon 12" skillet I bought it for.

My cast iron skillet has a lid I can see through!
This fit my cast iron skillet perfectly. I can see through it, it cleans easily, I can throw it in the dishwasher and it has a silicone handle so I don't burn my hands when I take it off the skillet. I'm delighted with it. Make sure to measure your skillet to get the correct size. I ordered two in different sizes and they are both perfect for my name-brand cast iron skillets (the name-brand DOESN'T make see-through covers for their skillets).

Replacement for lid that broke
My old 10-1/4" glass lid was dropped and broke, so this was to replace it. Seems to fit fine and will work well with my old skillet and dutch oven.

Bought this for my 12 inch cast iron skillet. Perfect fit and now there is no splatter of grease. I like the idea of steam release hole. Would recommend.

Nice Weight and Fits Perfectly on Skillet
This lid fits perfectly on my Lodge Cast Iron Skillet, 10.25". It was easy to screw the bolts into the lid to install the handle with a screwdriver. It is not too heavy for me and is easy to clean.

Superb comfy fit with jetboil summit skillet 8" frying pan.
Superb comfy fit with jetboil summit skillet 8" frying pan. Wanted a nice lid to hold the heat in & this works well, slightly lucy loose but that's the inner metal edge. Even fits snuggly into carry bag! Came with two spare nuts & screw washers also if things go missing *thumbs up*
