Premium Umami Powder: Mushroom-based Umami seasoning adds depth to your cooking | No MSG

This seasoning is so tasty! When I initially received it & tasted it by licking a dash out of my hand…I thought it was bland. How wrong I was! I tried it a 2nd time on some food & it brought way more flavor than I was expecting! I took a picture of it on some store ready made chicken that I needed to jazz up but it works equally well on vegetables, I like to pair it with drizzled sesame oil on my oven roasted veggies. I just add pepper or paprika for a lil added spice but it’s a full seasoning by itself frfr but be careful not to add too much because it can get too salty real fast. If you’re on the fence, trust me it’s worth a try to add more depth to your flavor palette.

This flavoring makes everything taste so much richer. I've put this on my list of favorite Amazon foodstuffs and will get more when I run out.

I used the umami powder as a boost to a pasta sauce with porcini and veal with a Marsala reduction. It was just what I needed to take the flavor to the next level

This is by far the best Umami Powder on the market, period! If you’ve never used it… Start. It adds another depth of flavor to any dish (that you didn’t know was missing). It’s hard to put into words… It’s just simply awesome!

Wanting more mushroom flavor but mostly salt coming through. Will not buy again though as a salt it is good. I did not notice salt listed in the ingredients but maybe I missed it?

Now a staple for my kitchen pantry!
