Because the wrap is 100% cotton, I got the size 2. It stretches on your arm and I wanted it to cover my arm without falling down. It kept my arm warm and secure, even when I did not have my cast on. Hope this helps you make a good decision.

Sorry don't know. I used the 2" under a brace for a broken wrist and it was a little too big.

It’s stretchy. I would go with the smaller.
