CookiecadBlack PLA 3D Printer Filament 1.75mm 1kg

I have been using cookie cad for a while now and wanted to try their new mint filament which is the perfect color for a cookie cutter. After running a temp tower and determining 205 degrees seems to be the perfect temperature for my Ender 3 Pro V2. I printed a cutter that came out flawless. I'm so excited that I now have a filament that gives excellent results, and at the same time I can support my favorite authors of cookie cad.

I really wanted to like this filament but I continue to have print issues and need to recalibrate constantly with this filament. Whereas other filaments I can print through an entire spool without any issues. After a bad print with this filament, I tried a different brand of filament (no changes to the printer or settings) and had no issues. So sad because I mainly print cookie cutters and really wanted to support this company.

I’ve been 3D printing for about a year and a half, and have used all kinds of different filaments. Lots of overture, monoprice, etc. I bought this because I needed a specific shade of yellow, and it turned out to be the best printing filament I’ve ever used. Super smooth, no popping from the nozzle, no stringing, no excessive blobs. The suggested temp was right on the money and it made this print (which I’ve done in many other colors and brands of filament on the same printer) far nicer than any other filament I’ve used so far. A+ and I’ll definitely look into buying more filament from Cookiecad

I’ve used 10 spools on this filament now and every single print has been perfect. The color exactly what I was looking for and it’s not very easy to find. There are really just a few truly mint filaments available on Amazon. Customer service is on point. You really can’t ask for a better purchase experience. I’ll add pictures as soon as I get a chance.

The first half of the roll was great, but when I reached the second half, it clogged up my bowden tube to the point where I was forced to cut the tube in order to get the stuck filament out. You may not have the same problem as me, but be cautious. I'm hoping Amazon accepts my return for this item because I'm tired of multiple filament rolls not functioning anymore after a significant part of it is used. This is time and money wasted.

I tried two small prints and the filament clogged up my set up after the first initial layer both times. Firwst layer lays beautiful but it all goes downhill after that...Not sure why. I swapped out the Cookiecad for my trusty Sunlu and it was perfect again.

If you love clogs and untangling spools all day, this filament is for you. I wanted to love it. Color was great but couldn’t get a good print with this stuff. I finally gave up on it. Total waste of money.

This filament is amazing! Perfect for my Ender Pro 3. I really only print cookie cutters but the filament is flawless and solid! Their customer service was out of this world too! I was having major under extrusion problems and Nathan wasn’t giving up until it was solved. This company is AMAZING!
