Great omelet maker
The omelets are fluffy and it is easy to add what you want to it. The only issue I had is that the left cooker appears to not get as hot as the right one. I does not get as large as the right side, but still a good tasting omelet.

Great Little Omelette Maker!
I am enjoying this little device so much! I purchased it primarily to make egg foo yung, which it did so well I decided to use it for breakfast “soufflés.” These aren’t true omelettes, per se, but they make delicious fluffy soufflés that can accommodate all kinds of ingredients added to the eggs. Each half of the maker can hold 2 eggs plus extra ingredients, so if you’re a big eater, you can use both sides (4 eggs total). It takes approximately 10 minutes cooking from start to finish, and if you finely chop veggies ahead of time and keep them in storage containers, you can easily make yummy soufflés every day in no time. Using a tiny bit of oil to grease the plates makes for super easy cleanup. I’m considering purchasing a second one for when we have company.

Does what it says
It makes perfect omelettes every time. Here are a few tips.- Spray the both sides with cooking spray right before you add the egg mixture or else it will turn brown.- It takes 4 large eggs to fill up both sides or 3 jumbo eggs.- It takes roughly 10 to 11 minutes to cook the omelette all the way. You can flip it over if you want to, but it's usually not neccessary. Do not count on the green light to indicate if it's done.

I was hoping to love this
This was a disaster. I mixed 2 eggs, small amount of onion, tomato and feta. After cooking for 7 min I checked it and the inside was complete liquid. So, i tried 2 more min, still not done so i put some on other side to finish it up. I ended up with scrambled eggs. So disappointed! Will try again without mixing all the ingredients together first. I’ll add eggs and top with fixins.

Makes great omelets!
I didn't like this omelet maker at first, but after eating the omelet, I love it. It makes perfectly cooked, fluffy omelets every time. Nothing sticks and it's super easy to use once you've figured it out. The machine seems a bit cheap, the unit is very light and plastic and the lid shifts. I guess this doesn't matter, because the results were great. The metal coated plates where the omelet cooks are not removable to wash, but they do wipe clean easily, I was skeptical. I clean them with white vinegar and water since I can't rinse any soap off. The instructions for use are not very detailed and this was my first time using an omelet maker. You plug it in and a red and green lights come on. Once the red light goes out, it's heated up and ready to pour in the ingredients. I scrambled up two eggs with a splash of milk in a measuring cup. I sprayed the plates with cooking spray. I poured in the eggs on each plate and it was exactly enough. I added the shredded cheese and chopped veggies into each side and closed it. The red light will come on and off while it is cooking because it is adjusting the heating temperature. I found that eight minutes was the perfect cooking time (I don't like mine runny), so now I can time it and not have to keep opening the lid to check if it's ready. It says not to use metal utensils to take the omelet out because it will scratch the plates. The omelet pieces slide out easily every time with a silicone scraper. You stack the two pieces on top of each other and it looks and tastes better than the omelets in restaurants. I've tried making omelets in a pan many times, but they're never any good. I have a lot of kitchen gadgets that rarely get used, but this one is getting used a lot, we love it. This will be perfect for taking on our vacation next week, it'll be easy to make omelets for breakfast in the hotel room. It would've been nice if this came with a little guide book with tips (how many eggs, how long to cook) and recipes, but I figured it out. It also would've been nice if the lights were labeled and there was an on/off switch instead of having to pull the plug.

Easy to use and low price
Only thing missing is a light or alarm telling you when the eggs are ready. You have to watch it to see when the omelettes start to expand and push the lid up. Pay attention when you use this. Cooks the eggs evenly. Cleaning is just wiping with a damp cloth with a little soap and then wipe again with just a damp cloth. Had a Holstein version of this that was complete garbage and became nonstick after a couple of weeks. This thing is Great value for the money

Awesome Omeletts!
I was a little bit skeptical about yet another appliance but this little guy has proved to be worth it. If you are patient it makes the best little omelettes. It took me a few tries to realize it takes about 5 to 6 minutes to cook the omelette and it will not burn in that time. Happy I purchased it.
