Much higher quality than 5.11, which I also own. Repels water well in heavy rain, zippers don't leak, zippers are more heavy duty. My 5.11 right side waist zipper broke 2 months after purchase. These are well made. Worth the money!

Good coat, I have a few parkas from the military (ECWCS), that I cannot wear at my job because it needed to be a solid color. I was looking for a similar type coat because I like how they fit and are great in wet/cold weather. The other ones I have are gore tex lined, this one is advanta, which seems to work just as good, hopefully it holds up and doesn't leak at the seems (it does have taped seams). This was one of the only parkas I could find in the same style and similar quality in solid colors and it is a nice parka. I am glad they offer it in the LE version as I wear a duty belt and having access to it on the sides was a major factor in this purchase. If you work in LE and are used to military ECWCS parkas, this is great. The inner liner is pretty nice, the only thing I wish it had was some snaps to keep the bottom part of the liner from moving, it has them in the sleeves and at the neck.

It is a very warm jacket and comfortable. It is true to size so if you wear a size large order a size large it is very water resistant it has some stretch to it but not more than needed also has a ton of pockets on it so you can hide your wallet and stuff in it

How can you call it water proof if your lower pockets get damp or moistHow can you call it law enforcement if it's not equipped to put on a mic.(or am I blind)?

Bought this coat to wear for work. Great fit just like all the other tru spec gear I have used . I have used it in -30 degree temps and in heavy snow storms . Always stayed warm and dry. Great coat !!

Great jacket fits just a little small

This is the second waterproof coat I have purchased from this company. Great product. Many claim to be waterproof but this product delivers. I frequently have to spend hours at a time in heavy rain and not once has water penetrated this coat.

warm, windproof, dressy. It's a very comfortable jacket. I've had it for over a year now and its held up well

Buenos materiales aunque no excelentes, sólo las chamarras oficiales del ejército se ganan 5 estrellas. El forro polar es muy delgado, por lo que se deberá usar una playera gruesa para resistir temperaturas extremas. Resiste muy bien el agua.
