This is by far my favorite matcha brand. I’ve tried several ceremonial-grade matchas, and none have delivered the same vibrant green color and rich flavor as this one. The quality is immediately noticeable the moment you open the package...the powder is incredibly fine, with a fresh, grassy aroma that signals its authenticity.What sets this matcha apart for me is the taste!!! It has that smooth umami flavor with a subtle natural sweetness and zero bitterness when prepared properly. I use it for traditional whisked matcha as well as lattes, and it always blends beautifully without clumping. The color stays bright and vivid, even when mixed with milk or water, which speaks to its high quality and freshness.Knowing that it’s sourced from Uji, Kyoto (a region known for producing some of the best matcha in Japan) adds to my confidence in the product. 5/5 STARS ⭐️ !I just ordered my 3rd one of the year lol. I just wish they sell this one in 3 grams tin.I’ve been a matcha drinker for over 5+ years & I have grown an acquired taste to it. I’ve been exploring different brands off Amazon & at first impression I thought I didn’t like it and rated this a 7.5/10.I think the first way I prepared it wasn’t great. I made drinks for my husband & I, I added sweetener when It did not need to. I repeat that! This is so good on its own you won’t need to add much sugar or anything!!! My personal preference prefers unsweetened matcha cause I like the earthy taste to it. This had a creamy body to it which is great for iced lattes and a natural hint sweetness. It’s been so far my fave one off many of the ones I’ve tried that Amazon sells that have that bold umami flavor. I would place this in my top 3.

I enjoyed making lattes with this matcha. It tastes good. It tastes like a higher grade matcha but I know nothing regarding how to judge that and can only go by my tastebuds lol.I am definitely goinf to purchase again.
