Oculus Quest Link Cable 16FT,Oculus Link Headset Cable

I can't use this for my Quest2, it keeps connecting and disconnecting wildly and I'm afraid to damage the battery. I rarely used it, but it did work for a couple of months. I only used it to charge, and to transfer files to and from my computer, but it still wore out. It costs a little too much to be so disposable!

Cable is stiff & heavy. The (jacket)material is rough like rubber.. like car tires. When I turn my head, it tugs on everything including my clothes, sleeves, pulling things up and down. Feels heavy as it grips on my shoulders.Had to purchase another cable which was waaaay lighter and smooth. Unfortunately, too late for me to return.

This wire simply refuses to stay connect to oculus link. Every minute a pop up appears saying connection lost. Dont know if its a one off problem but this purchase to me was simply wasted money.

Initially I gave this product a one star review because I thought the fault was in the cable only to find that the issue wasn't with the cable. The issue was with a graphics driver that was interfering. This cable works exactly as it should and I would recommend it to anyone especially because the customer service I recieved was top notch. Sorry again for bad mouthing your product.

Couldn't get past installation because the Oculus PC App would fail over and over to detect the headset. Spent hours going testing each component and it's definitely the cable. I'm not sure how much damage it's done to the Quest 2 battery, so I'm hoping for the best.
