Unfortunately not as I expected
It might be my mistake. I have searched for modified tapioca maltodextrin, which can basically “powderize” fat.I tried it (powdered chili oil) - and it kinda works - but leaves definitely quite a lot of maltodextrin flavor and also a pastiness in my mouth. It seems, that you have got to buy especially N-Zorbit - not just “normal” tapioca maltodextrin.
