Unmarked box but seems to be ricoh product.
Came in unmarked box. When opened there was a small amount of dust and the drum had a few marks on it. It seems to be oem product and the printer did recognize it.

Drum unit came new sealed in the original box. It was delivered on the day promised, only a few days after the order was placed. Good price - Great service - Great value!

Not Thrilled
I received this item on October 7. Before October 31st, my printer is shooting the same error message. Telling me to replace the same black photoconductor unit I just replaced (on the 7th when i received it).

Not as advertised
It was suppose to be a Richo PCU, but it was a compatible version. In addition, it had already been completely opened. As far as I know it was a used one that was at the end of its rated life.
