Q: Can double sided tape be used?

No, only one sided tape. Double sided tape will jam the dispenser. This Dispenser works extremely well.

Q: When will the eagle automatic tape dispenser be available?

I suppose they are available now- I have had mine for several months.

Q: Do you use regular tape for refills as in Scotch tape?

I haven’t ran out of the tape that came with the dispenser yet but I believe it will work fine. Just make sure you buy the correct size that will fit the dispenser.

Q: How wide tape can be used

I'm not sure since I ordered this item for a friend but i think it was up to 3/4 inch tape.
