By far, the best buying experience I have ever had on Amazon!
I am so glad that I took a chance on this dress! It ended up being my dream dress for my laid-back, hippie-style beach wedding!THE FIT:Asa Bridal was very quick to contact me once I purchased the dress, and they asked me to verify all of my measurements to ensure that the fit was perfect! I definitely recommend doing the custom measurements, because my measurements did not fit perfectly into one size, and this way- the dress fit perfectly in all the right places! I am 5'6 and a size 16-18, and I ended up falling within the measurements of size 20-22 (so definitely check the measurement chart to make sure that your size lines up with that).THE CUSTOMIZATION:Asa was also extremely helpful in communicating back and forth to make sure the dress was exactly what I had dreamed of! I customized the length of the train, the length of the dress, I requested a more modest neckline, and I asked them to add sleeves (butterfly-style ones, for a flowy, whimsical and very flattering look)- and the added sleeves only cost me an additional $5!! I sent them many pictures of the way I envisioned the sleeves, and they captured it absolutely perfectly! If you are large busted (like myself, at 42D) you may want to consider requesting a more modest neck-line, depending on your comfort level. Although the plunging neck-line looks stunning, I personally was not too comfortable with it, so I ended up wearing a lacy white bralette underneath, and it was perfect.THE QUALITY:Though it is not the exact dress from the first picture, the pictures in the details are spot-on with what you will get when you purchase this dress. The material of the dress was even nicer than I had expected, and the layers within the skirt were very comfortable and not bulky. The bodice portion was fairly sturdy, and the boning was very well-done! The lace applique's were gorgeous from afar, and looked stunning up-close as well! The only thing that I wish it had would have been a completed lacy bottom to the skirt (as the appliques end near the bottom, but do not quite provide a 'finished' look). I knew to expect this, though- as a few other comments mentioned it. Even though the dress was under $100, it truly looked like it could have cost $1000!THE COLOR:This is the only thing that did not match up to what I had imagined- I ordered the champagne dress (as seen on the model), and the color that I received ended up being more cream-colored with a pale yellow tint (as opposed to the rosy brown one that I wanted).FINISHING TOUCHES:I decided to add a rhinestone belt to the dress, just to add a bit of 'glitz and glamour'- since the dress is lace and tulle, and has no crystals or bead work.THE SHIPPING:I ordered this dress 3.5 weeks before my wedding (crazy, I know!!) and I mentioned to the Asa team that I needed it ASAP, and they were able to get it to me (completely custom made to my specifications) within 2.5 weeks!!THE CONSENSUS:Fabulous dress, absolutely worth the price! I would not hesitate to order it at all, and would certainly order more from ASA in the future! Great customer service, and great quality product!! GO FOR IT! It could be YOUR DREAM DRESS too!!Note:I paid full-price for this dress.ASA Bridal Women's Vintage Cap Sleeve Lace A Line Wedding Dresses Bridal Gowns

Took a chance -- ended up NOT a victim of "What I ordered vs. What I got."
Like everyone else, I, too, was skeptical but took a chance for $95. I ordered the dress on 2/28, it was shipped from Singapore this past Monday (U.S. time) and my package arrived today. I opted for the expedited shipping and it arrived in two days! I ordered light gray and according to their size chart, a size 10 was made for me. I sent them an email right away asking for: buttons down the back, a low neckline, and extra length. I'm 5'11 flat footed and while the chart indicates my exact 60" hollow for the dress, I still wanted a few extra inches added, even though I will be wearing flats.Tania from Asa Bridal was very responsive, asked me a couple of questions, and let me know that custom dresses are not returnable. She wanted to know if I wanted buttons in place of the zipper, or buttons over the zipper. Over the zipper is fine with me as it's much easier to deal with. I had to contact her one other time and she was always quick to respond. Excellent customer service.I opened the package with a little apprehension and opened the belt first. Lovely. Sparkly. The appliqué is attached to a coordinating gray ribbon and even the ends have sparkle. I pulled the dress out of the plastic bag it comes securely in and I admit... I was a little wonderstruck. It looked really pretty... I unfolded it and laid it on the bed to admire it. There is a noticeable seam at the waist, but it's not unsightly and the belt covers it anyway, but even if I choose not to wear the belt, the seam doesn't bother me. I can't tell if the neckline is, in fact, the extra low drop, but either way, I'm happy with it. There is one button missing at the back. That's my only "complaint" and, honestly, it doesn't bother me considering the price and it's not going to even be noticeable since the buttons were placed over the zipper and I can go get a little, gray button to replace it if I really feel the need.I put the dress on and the length pooled around me.... which, even though they added more length than I expected, I kind of love. As one who is almost 6-feet tall, I'm tickled to have something on that could be THIS LONG. I have to hold it up a little to walk and I have a little train. I'll either just drag it around with me or I'll have a little bustle done. And speaking of bustle, that's the only alteration I'll have to have. It fits perfectly from top to bottom. The cap-sleeves are not too snug, and actually err on the loose side where I can even pull them down a little across my shoulder for a different look, but they don't fall down on their own, the zipper zips all the way up, the waist is flattering and my 37-inch (high) hips are not emphasized in unflattering ways, like some dresses I tried on with lots of full tulle. The cut of the dress is perfectly flattering and doesn't chop me off at the wrong place. AND no bra needed = BONUS!Do measure yourself properly. I think that's very helpful and their size chart seems spot on. Tall girls, if you want length, length you shall have (they did not charge me for any of my customizations-- I thought for sure the length would cost a little extra, understandably so, but NOPE). The three layers of tulle is soft and flowy. The lace is attractive. I paid a total of $129, which includes the belt and the expedited shipping. We are eloping to Tennessee in October and while it's just the two of us on our day, I still want a dress that looks like a wedding gown, but I'm not necessarily a traditional white or ivory kind of lady so I dig the color options here. I'll pair this with a plum colored (faux) fur shrug and it is the right mix of tulle and bridal, with a twist of romantic-goth for this ol' 80's teen. Kind of blows my mind that I can say that my "yes dress" was ordered from over seas on Amazon without ever seeing it in person. I had seen this dress on various google searches and other sites (for $600) and I always loved it so after finding it on Amazon, I read every single review here, looked at every single customer picture and, figuring goodness knows I've wasted $100 on something dumb before, I just went for it because what if, JUST WHAT IF, I love it?! I do.
