Having troubles changing timezones or if too much anxiety and have trouble 1. falling asleep and 2. staying asleep this product can help! Recommended by our sleep doctor (my 3 year old and 14 year old had issues staying asleep) this is a slow release supplement so it keeps you in bed. We dont wake up groggy. Just rereshed - I guess thats where the name came from! This was max strength - for when you really need to stay sleeping (10 mg) it also comes in lower doses. For my 3 year old we had chewable ones (melatonin) that were another brand but he also said this one would be helpful when she would get older and could swallow. My high school kid takes the 5mg and it helps. Im a really light sleeper and if I have too much on my mind the 10mg does the job. No side effects that I can think of.

I have tried many brands of Melatonin. Most did not work at all. A few worked, but I still had issues sleeping through the night. I tried some extended release versions that did not work. RemFresh is a lifesaver. Helps me get to sleep and stay asleep. Before I started taking this brand, I might get 3-4 hours of good sleep a night. With RemFresh, I get 6-7 hours. I definitely recommend this product.

My doctor originally gave me some REMfresh sample packs to try, and I was VERY surprised they worked absolutely amazing, had to order more here! I had purchased/taken melatonin herbal pills years before that barely worked ok, but these REMfresh extracts are ON ANOTHER LEVEL!!! One strange thing I’ve noticed personally, is I can’t tell the difference between 2mg pill or 10mg! I get the same exact feeling/amount of sleep taking either one! In fact It even seems STRONGER taking two 2mg pills than one 10mg?(if 2mg is cheaper or you get more pills than 10mg, I would buy those!) Unison and NyQuilzzzz pills don’t work on me(whatever active ingredient is in both), but Advil PM and REMfresh work amazing, sometimes I take them together(2 advilpm 1-2 2mgRemfresh or 1 10mgRemfresh) if I REALLY need lights out fast! Also I NEVER seem to get a big tolerance build up to them I never have to up the dose, wether taking every night or every other night or just when needed, THEY ALWAYS WORK!!

If you have a little trouble sleeping, now and then, maybe this product will work for you. If you have medically diagnosed chronic insomnia, this will do absolutely nothing for you, unfortunately.

Sure do wish you continued to carry this formulation, as much easier and cheaper to use ONE 10 mg capsule rather than more of another formulation.
