I got this as a gift for someone heading off to college for the first time. I thought it would be useful for quick fixes, putting furniture together, and a nice starter set of tools. She was surprised to get it and her comment was "Oh, now I really like this!" The tools seem to be good quality and they snap in and out of the case easily, but it gets four stars right now because she hasn't used it yet. Will update quality of the set after it gets a test run on move in day at college.Update: The tool kit survived college move in day. She was able to put together 2 dressers and a bookcase with no problems. Tools are very durable!!!

I got this so my kids could use it to assemble little wood crafts and stuff. Works perfectly for that. It would also work for basic around-the-house stuff if I didnt already have piles of proper tools around, but in an apartment or condo it could be enough to get by with or if youre a beginner in a house that doesnt need any substantial work just to do stuff like assemble things and hang pictures.

I got this for my daughter to have in her dorm. I’m glad I did, we used the scissors and knife right away as we were unpacking her room. Was able to store away in her room in case she needs it in the future. The tools are nice for the price, will work perfectly for small jobs.

Perfect kit for the office or at home. Has all the basic tools for simple everyday projects. I kept this at my office for ya gong pictures and building new little furniture pieces. Worked great and is pink!

If you're looking for the essentials and do not want to pay a lot, this tool set is for you. A lot of buyers might think that a cheap tool set will break within a couple of weeks. I tested this out and I have yet had a scratch or dent in my tools. Highly recommend this set if anyone is looking to buy an easy access tool set.
