This version has a more soft and comfortable earmuffs, what's more, we equipped with a nylon braided in-line mic and audio control cable for wired headphone use.

Q: I cannot find bluetooth headphones while in pairing mode, what do i do? i bought 2 one of them paired just fine but the pink ones doesn’t

Pls note that turn off the headphone that works properly during the testing. Please clear the pairing list on your Bluetooth devices & clear the pairing history of the pink headphone firstly, then try to pair again. 1. On your Bluetooth device: -Delete SIMOLIO from the Bluetooth list on your device. 2. Clear the headphone pairing history - Turn on the headphone, make sure there is no Bluetooth device connected or the headphone is under pairing mode (Disconnection: Press MFB twice in quick succession, you will hear a prompt tone.) Then press and hold both “Vol+” and “Vol-” buttons simultaneously until the LED flashes red and blue alternately with two “beep” sounds. Now your SIMOLIO has been restored to its default settings. After turning it on again, it will automatically enter pairing mode. Please move your pink headphone closer to the Bluetooth device, then pair again. By the way, 1.Pls check by pairing a different Bluetooth device. 2.Pls check whether the pink headphone can work properly in wired mode. Any problem you have when using this product, pls feel free to contact our support team, we will provide good solutions for you.
