I bought this specifically for making no knead bread (King Arthur flour recipe). It's fantastic and bakes the bread perfectly. It's beautiful too!

I've always loved cast iron pots. This has the added benefit of being a Dutch oven pot too. Loved that they also threw in the heat protectors as part of the packaging (they've been a Godsend). The heat distribution is very even too. Basically, it does what it claims to do. And this was the best price among all the others as well. I really got all I was looking for: its functionality, the looks I wanted, and the best affordable price.

I really liked the way this cooks. I made a batch of chili and nothing stuck to the bottom and it cleaned up easily when I was done. Looks great too. My only observation is its heavy to start with and heavier when full.

Use this pot several times now, cooks good and washes in the dishwasher. They can keep the pot holder accessories, that's trash.

I only used it once but the heat distribution was excellent and the clean up was very easy. The pan didn’t discolor alter cooking tomato and cheese dip and leaving it in the pan for a couple of days until devoured. So far, it is comparable to my Le creuset 5.5 Qt. Time will tell.

I bought this for bread baking, and it’s a dream. Cleans so easily and it’s the perfect size. My go to was too big and this is just right.

great looking dutch oven , dependable, high end quality

I have been using this dutch oven quite regularly now. It is heavy and beautifully finished with an excellent enamel coating that is easy to clean. So the build quality is top-notch. It seems to heat quite evenly with a tight enough lid that prevents steam from escaping. I have used it to braise, roast and stew meat and vegetables and for making stocks. It excels at these tasks. I have also used it to make bread at 250 deg C in my oven and it is holding up there as well. This is unlike a lot of other dutch ovens that are rated to only 200 deg C. The silicone grips and base are quite decent too.So overall an excellent purchase that I am very happy with.

I spent a lot of time browsing for dutch ovens and chose this one in the end and I'm very happy with it. I used it to bake Sourdough bread and it came out great. It's easy to clean, a bit heavy but not that much (if I can do it anyone can), it comes with very useful silicone gloves, it's sturdy and I think it will last a long time. The blue colour is beautiful and I keep it out in my kitchen because it looks lovely. I look forward to experimenting with other recipes
