Probably, but for me, the overall price of this is reasonable and replacement pumps and filters and readily, and affordably, available. I ordered one just to have on hand but I'm into two years with my original pump (which is always cleaned weekly).

Q: How do you get the stream option?

There is no sream option. It's soft gentle if it gets to low or makes a bubble noise its time to fill. I like this waterer alot. So does the cats and dogs

Q: How to take apart the plastic filter holder under the lid to clean it; between the netting and the holes?
