Love this olive oil!
This olive oil is very good! I was in a store trying to find a brand someone recommended, (as I knew nothing about olive oil), a gentleman ask what I was looking for, I told him, he said he hadn't heard of it, but he knew this, Fior Fiore, was really good, so on his recommendation, I tried it, and was hooked! It is not easy to find in my area, so when I found it on Amazon and was thrilled! I use it for topping pasta, vinaigrette and making bruschetta.

Great flavor!
I love this oil for salads and for light saute'. Has a distinct, slightly fruity flavor. Doesn't stand up to high heat though, so don't try to fry with it...

Exceptional
This is an exceptional olive oil. It is clearly expensive, but in this case, the product is well worth the extra expense. Judy absolutely loves cooking with it. Even in plain old vinegar and oil dressing, the difference in taste is amazing.
