easy to assemble, Looks great, Very comfortable, The only negative thing is that the vibration massager is a little loud.

I absolutely love this recliner. Having disabilities I was still able to put this recliner together. Very sturdy and relaxing to sit it. The heat on lower lumbar feels Sooo good as well as the massage cycles. I would highly recommend this product.

The directions need to have better pictures and be clearer. Once we figured out the first step. it went together easier. I've been using it for a bit. I needed due to mobility problems. I push on it as I walk around for support. It's not strong and moves. Hubby thinks its begun to lean to one side. The back has these side wings that are separate from it and absolutely are not sturdy. The arms even move when I get up. It's an ok purchase because my recliner broke from kids flopping in it. I definitely consider this an intermediate replacement. Hubby gave it to me so I'll baby it, but I don't think it'll last as long as expected. Oh. And the color is way darker than it looks in the pictures. The reclining function works well although the foot rest needs more padding to be comfortable to the back of your legs. We were hoping the lift part would last until I was older. I don't know if that'll be the case. Width is good. I'm 314 lbs. Heat and massage work well.

The chair was comfortable and easy to assemble, also has aesthetic appeal. However, chair was for a 320lb elderly person. Once assembled, my 190lb self, tried it out and the chair has a low back rest and has a little unsteadiness to it. When using the lift mechanism, it shook a little on the way up. I do not suggest the chair for tall or over 200lbs individuals. The company was responsive to my request for refund. It was just to much trouble to try and get a box it would fit in to ship it back. I kept it to try and sell and limit my loss. I was refunded the amount it would cost to ship it as incentive to keep it. If you buy this, open boxes carefully incase you need to return it. You cannot find boxes this size, anywhere.

This chair is not returnable without a restocking fee of anywhere between $80-$160. Must have original box and the seller will ask you to keep it and sell it yourself and they will give you $30 for your trouble. It requires 2 feet behind the chair to use it and the tv reclining view only works if your tv is on the ceiling. Material is cheap and the chair is uncomfortable. It was only together for two hours before it went back in the box. The lift rocks back and forth to where you think it will tip over. Not made for people with Parkinson’s the remote is to hard to use. Highly disappointed in this purchase!!

Purchased this for our daughter that is currently going through chemotherapy. We love that it helps her get up with a push of a button keeps her warm and massages her when she’s in pain. What a wonderful chair .

It is 200% better than my real leather one…that was suppose to last a long time. Plus this has all the bells and whistles that the other one did not. It is so much more comfortable too! Also I bought two as needed another chair and grandkids late teens love it too!
