I bought four of these to fill in two 48" wide sections of blank wall. I debated between buying these, or a near-identical version that cost about 60% more per shelf. Although these look nice-ish now that they've been assembled, they do not look high-quality or like something that will last a terribly long time. A few comments for those considering buying these:- They are a pain to assemble, particularly if you're a perfectionist. The metal pieces flex while you're screwing them to the shelves, making it difficult to ensure that the shelves will be flush if you're planning on installing multiple units side-by-side- There are a billion screws needed to complete each shelf. If you don't have an electric screwdriver with a hex bit, it will take you at least 30 minutes to assemble each unit with the included allen key.- The screw holes on the metal pieces are slightly too large, meaning that there's "give" in the long shelving rods, which makes it difficult to ensure that each unit as a whole is vertically level.- The drywall anchors this comes with are, as others have noted, pathetic. For safety and strength, you will need to purchase better drywall anchors and longer screws at the hardware store.

Buyer beware
Looks nice enough. A little tricky to put together without help, but not overly. Shelves look nice, seems to be particle board with a nice finish/veneer. Includes hardware. Drywall hangers are very weak. I wouldn’t use them to hang a sock from the wall let alone a book case that supposedly hold 50 pounds per shelf. The screws for attaching to the wall are small too. If you’re fortunate enough to be able to get both attachment points lined up with studs, these screws won’t get much of the wood. There are only 2 attachment points to secure it to the wall, at the top of the unit. The feet provide some friction to support the into, and the shelf’s butt against the wall. I consider this the bare minimum to secure a shelving system, and I believe it’s unsafe if you have kids. The top attachment points where the screws go into the wall are positioned in an awkward spot too. Being underneath and inside, there isn’t much room to use long screws and drivers. I had to use an attachment for my driver to put in the screws. I also used drywall hangers that were rated for 100# each. The screw holes were too small for most of the stronger hangers and toggles. The adjustable legs give about 1/2” additional clearance/leveling and friction for stability. I’m going to use a couple L brackets to help secure it to the wall in the hopes it’ll provide some stability and safety. I don’t have much confidence attaching the brackets with the particle board shelves will hold out long under any stress though.

So chic for so cheap!
Absolutely love this shelf! Plan on purchasing another one to stand beside it but wanted to check on the quality before I purchased two. I assembled it myself which was a little tricky due to balancing the shelf but still only took about 30 minutes. Highly recommend 👌

PRAISUN LADDER 🪜 Shelf
Very happy with the shelf it was easy to put together it only took me 30 minutes to finish it. No tools needed only a screw driver to attach it to the wall. It's very good quality and it came out beautiful in my daughter's room.

Buy this!
I was super hesitant to buy this based on the mixed reviews, plus the fact that the shelf almost looks yellow in the picture, but I’m glad I did! I honestly don’t understand the bad reviews, this bookshelf is so freaking cute, and the gold matches my desk (also purchased on Amazon) perfectly. It took me like 2.5 hours to put it together, but I was also listening to my stories (murder) and kept getting distracted. Pro tip since I saw a lot of people saying it was hard to balance??: lay the rods down on the ground and put the shelves in that way. You’ll understand once you have everything in front of you. Also work top to bottom, and instead of screwing all 4 screws in at once, do the two on the side you’re working on, move on to the next shelf, and when you get all of the shelves on, flip the whole case over and screw the other side in. Again, you’ll understand once you see it. I’m 5’2 and managed to get this up on the wall by myself too. The anchors are laughable like everyone said. Like, I legit laughed. Use your own.The moral of the story is — buy this and also ignore my shelf decor, it’s just there to be there right now while I figure my life out. Xoxo

Terrific Extra Closet Storage
I am a handbag collector with a small townhouse closet. I’d run out of space for my bags - I had them on shelves and hanging from hooks on the back wall, but it still wasn’t enough. The shelving offered by this compact piece elegantly and effectively solved my problem! Now all but my largest handbags fit on these shelves in the back of my closet, while not taking up much valuable floor space - shoes fit under it just fine. This was easy to assemble and wall mount; the only issue I had was with the silly little wall anchors they include. They’re next to worthless, so save yourself the frustration and use a couple of real anchors from your own stash. This turned out even better than I’d hoped!

A pain to assemble
It took forever to put these together because the little screws that hold the shelves in were difficult to get in the holes. Once we finally got them up, they looked great. I love the wall anchor

Dis
I like the industrial style shelves. I have purchased two others and decided to o give this company a try. It’s very flimsy. Rarely did the holes to secure the shelves line up—contributing even more to how much it wobbled. One of the bolt holes in the frames had metal inside it,so I could not bolt the two pieces together properly. The finished shelf looks crooked. Too much trouble to take it apart and return it—maybe they are counting on that.
