Bought these for mom because she needed knifes and likes colorful stuff. Years later she still uses them and they look fairly new. Had to sharpen them a few times but that's to be expected.

Meh just ok- not too sharp.

So far, these knives are great! I haven't had them very long but they fit nicely in your hands and are plenty sharp! The colors are nice and I am glad to have the blade covers to be able to store them in a drawer without fear of cutting myself looking for them. I admit that I had a bit of a time getting them out of the packaging but that's true of almost everything nowadays. I hope to have these for a long time to come.

Noticed three very small nicks on the 7" Santoku (green) knife after several uses. Possibly my bad, but.... Anyways, these knives are extremely sharp. A 1/4" gash on my pinky finger will attest to that. Really like the blade and sheath color combination. Biggest problem was removing the knives from their containment packaging. Took the best part of half an hour to remove them. I hope these hold up better than other Hampton Forge "Epicure" series of knives which show small rust pits on the blades.

..And that is precisely what I searched. These knives were I think second in the results. Now, of course, it's my own fault for not completely reading the description, but these look exactly like the ceramic knives on the market. Plus, they are obviously being marketed using "CERAMIC KNIVES" as their key search term. Seems a little deceptive to me. They're plenty sharp, but they're just regular metal knives that are painted bright colors and have protective plastic sleeves.

These knives work great I have had them for over a year now going on two years and they have still held up! Especially when you sharpen them there good as new! The tomatoe knife and bread knife are absolutely brilliant and a must have! At first I though yeah I'll never use them I was mistaken there great! I also love that each has there own sleeve so if I need to take it with me somewhere where I will be finishing cooking there it's perfect and they are color coded no guessing game! I using the pairing knife the most it's perfect size! Overall a great purchase I ab love them and people ask me all the time where I got them and I s bs them straight here! I highly recommend them no complaints from me!! In the photo im missing the pairing knife and tomato knife they were in the dishwasher but that's the wear after almost two years! Put it this way I use them daily!!

Haven't had these very long, but, right now they are very sharp...which is what I want in a knife. I wish the set had a knife about the size of the tomato knife, but not serrated. If these hold a keen edge for a while or take a good sharpening, I will be very happy. Love the colors for identification, and for match up with the sheath. My biggest complaint was getting them out of the packaging.

Beautiful knives at a reasonable price. They're very sharp, and the colors make them not only nice to look at, but make it convenient to quickly select the right knife when in the middle of a cooking project. I like the blade guards.The only thing I disliked (the correct word would be "hated") was getting them out of the packaging. What finally did the trick was simply using a hand-held can opener to open the container up to the base of one of the knives. After that it was easy to pull the packaging away from the knives and remove them without getting sliced up on the plastic package edges.I include this much package detail in a review of knives, because the company definitely could make the packaging more manageable, and I wanted to share the can opener solution, which happily has worked in similar packaging-from-hell situations.

This is the 2nd set i purchased and will most likely purchase a 3rd in the very near future.One set was foe me and the 2nd set was a gift. When I ordered the 2nd set seller contacted me to make sure the packaging was good on the 1st set before he shipped the 2nd set, great fast friendly service, product is so worth looking at

Great Knives, weighted very well. I like how easily they slice through what ever it is you are trying cut.Admittedly no too crazy about having to resharpen them on my own as I don't know how, But I still think it is a wonderful product.
