Q: Does the black special forces bivy come with a stuff sack? Why is it cheaper?

The bivy does come in a stuff sack. Don't know why it is cheaper. Saw it in a YouTube series by the Gray Bearded Green Beret who was speaking about Bug Out Bags in which he recommended this product. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5EJQQPKHtJw&t=810s

Q: Does the bivy cover, not the sleeping bag, have any kind of shield or cover or shade or brim to shield the rain from the face?

No this Bivvi bag has no head or face shield.

Q: Where is this made? I thought it was UK, but mine says China.

Mine says it was made in the UK but I got a whoopie blanket from Snugpak that says made in China. Most things sold in America are made in China, Korea, Vietnam, or other foreign country because of the low production fees. 100% made in America would be twice as expensive and not any better quality. Shipping would also be expensive.

Q: Does this bag seal completely closed or is it open at the head like a sleeping bag?

The head remains open, doesn't seal 100%. however there is a drawstring cord that allows you to tighten the opening
