Although nothing bad with the quality or service, it just doesn't look good when put on.

The needle which enters the ear piercing is not strongly attached to the main design. It's simply pasted to the main design and hence came off while keeping it back.

Back clasp (needle behind earring to hold it ) is of very poor quality .it was received in almost bent condition even wearing it once seemed risky as it might get broken ,earrings r too large in size n though the colored stone part is good but the silver crystal part doesn't look so good. I have initiated return . Besides price is bit high

I bought this to wear on a trip abroad because it looked so pretty. But the the first time I tried to wear it, the part that goes through the earlobe broke off. The very first time! I could not even return it because I was outside the country.

It is very pretty and look like the same in the picture. Worth buying. One can buy this item with out any hesitation.
