A Year of Zen Page-A-Day Calendar 2022: Sayings, Parables, Meditations & Haiku for 2022

The calendar is very nice just like it was last year. But it was sent in an unusual cardboard envelope that allowed the calendar box to get crushed. I had purchased the calendar as a gift and really I couldn’t give it because the presentation was that bad.

I buy this little calendar every year and don't know what I'd do without it. It draws its quotes from so many sources, not just traditional Zen writings but also poetry, music, and writing from around the world, reminding me that true wisdom comes in all colors and from all times. It always gives me a good thought to start my day. Also, over the years they have redesigned it to be more recyclable and earth-friendly, which is appropriate. A favorite.

If you are looking for a great way to start your day, read and reflect on the Zen quotes first thing each morning. Give yourself five minutes per day with the quote. I guarantee it will make the day go a bit smoother. I've loved these calendars for years and have also found some great books by the authors of the quotes. Recommended! R. But I'll never forgive them for combining Saturdays and Sundays to save paper and printing costs.

Calendar is ok but stand is horrible. Not usual plastic stand I get on all these types of calendars. Instead it's fold out cardboard that keeps falling.

Look forward to each day’s sentiment. Most are thought provoking or simple thoughtful reminders to be kind to your self and others.

My favorite desktop daily calendar. Great way to start each day or take the edge off a rough day.I use the back of each day for scratch paper; not crazy about the grid on the back of each page.

This calendar is not what I expected at all. Will never buy it again. Totally boring.

every year I treat myslef to this kind of calendar. I love the act of turning the page and reading the sayings. It gives me something to mull over all day. Sometimes I write the sayings in my journal, the sayings do speak to me and they are a daily source of encouragement.Jacqueline
