It's a good fan if you need something that'll always be on when your engine is running. It doesn't pull too much current and was easy to install.When compared with the stock electric fan it is about 40% or so as much airflow. So if you want substantial airflow on demand then this isn't for you.Easy to install and because it doesn't pull a lot of current you can run it off of a simple switch. But with compared to the stock electric fan from a 2003 grand caravan 3.3L V6, this fan is substantially less airflow.

To be fair this was used for an application it was not intended. This is used as a condenser fan on an outdoor a/c unit that the fan motor went bad on. They are easy to configure, and all the components are included that was stated. You will get about 1200 to 1500 hours out of them, the one i use stays on 24/7. You can base your needs accordingly. This is a universal 12-inch diameter, 12-v DC cooling fan. It could be used as replacement or additional cooling in a vehicle for the radiator. I got it to provide additional cooling and gasoline fume venting for my power boat.This is an inboard/outboard V6 engine in a compartment at the back of the boat that powers the stern drive. While there is a blower to clear that compartment, I wanted additional fan help and got this.It is lightweight, easy to handle, and was not difficult to mount or hook up. The fan is protected in its plastic housing, but be aware—that only covers one side. No problem for me as the uncovered side faces the motor, but it’s something to be aware of.It runs quietly and moves a lot of air.

I originally got this as an additional fan for my Jeep but have not figured out if I can get it mounted the way I want yet. I hooked it up to a power source and it worked great and moved a surprising amount of air. This seems to be a quality fan and should work well. I would like to get this hooked to a switch but that's on me. If I do not use this for additional cooling it should be a good replacement for my OE one should I need it,

The first fan I installed lasted three days or approximately 15 hours. I noticed that the temperature was rising and when I checked the fan it was progressively slowing down until it would barely turn. The second one turns consistently but makes a grinding sound and does not come up to speed. I let the low price persuade me… You get what you pay for.

Died after about 1 year of use. Bought another one since they are so cheap. Hopefully lasts longer this time around.
