Love this gown
I loved this gown and wore it for the birth of my daughter. It is a perfect material. It is beautiful and I got a ton of compliments on it from the nurses and doctors. It’s easy to take off and to put on, and was super easy to breastfeed with it on because the snaps are in the right places in the front. It was completely comfortable the entire time, even on my back for the epidural, and none of the snaps hurt and couldn’t feel them at all. I would definitely recommend this over and over again.

Not needed but very much appreciated
This gown was comfortable, easy to put on, and looked much better than the hospital gowns. I didn't deliver in it because everything went too fast and I didn't have it at hand in the moment but I put it on immediately after and it felt great. ♡

Happy I Splurged
When my baby was born she was rushed to the NICU and stayed there for five days. The first day after her birth I felt so foolish and stupid that I bought this gown. Why did I care what my gown looked like?? Well, I wore it from the second day on since I did pay money for it. And I am so happy I did. It was very functional and fit much better than the hospital gowns. It was easy to snap and re-snap when breast feeding. It was a happy splash of color in a gray, somber room. And I didn't feel like a complete slob when I would where it with my robe to the NICU each day. I even wore it once I got home. It washed very well and the snaps stayed in place. I think I will keep it as a reminder to be thankful for my healthy baby and to not get hung up on little details that really don't matter. So, get this gown for YOU because YOU deserve it!

It fits nicely in the shoulders and arms and I can tell ...
I am 5'5" 170 pounds at 21 weeks pregnant. I ordered a L/XL in the "Helen Gownie" shade. It fits nicely in the shoulders and arms and I can tell there is plenty of room for a large belly to grow underneath which is great. The sleeve buttons for breastfeeding DO unbutton all the way open, contrary to what the picture shows. This is a good thing, because it will make breastfeeding easy. Everything was made nicely, with high quality stitching and buttons. The only reason I put a 4/5 is because it is not as soft as I expected it to be. The fabric is a clean, smoother version of what you would get in the hospital. The fabric is the same type of cotton. I was expecting something a bit more luxurious on the skin, but it is still soft. Also, the color (of Helen Gownie) is not light pink as the picture shows, but more of a light-medium lilac/lavender. It is still a very pretty color. The pattern is pretty and just as pictured. I plan on changing into this right after I have the baby so that I don't get nasty stuff on it during the birth! I'm looking forward to having something nice to wear while getting pictures taken with my newest cutie.

Amazing Must Get!
This gown is amazing it’s so comfortable and soft to wear! I had an emergency c section and had to be in the hospital for 6 days and I couldn’t be more happy in it! It opened in the front on each side so if you needed to do skin on skin for babies or tests doctors needed done it was super easy to open! Sleeping didn’t affect me from the snaps on the back didn’t even know they were there. Every nurse commented how cute and functional it was. Definitely felt better wearing this rather the itchy hospital gowns! Must get!!

Feminine and functional!
I've moved about in it and sat/lounged in it, currently at 8+ months pregnant, and I'm looking forward to using it in action. I did wash it on cold and dried it about 50 minutes cuz I'm a rebel, and it isn't shorter or tighter than when I tried it on before washing. Fabric is sufficiently thick to not be see-through; it reminds me of apron fabric. Six snaps that go from collar bone to armpit all unsnap so you can fully release the sleeve. Sleeve isn't very long and it's plenty loose to give a view within if arm is raised. Five snaps all down the back, about 8" apart each, to allow full entry or probably plenty of reach even without unsnapping. Very easy to get on and off because of snap options, but then perfectly set when all snapped up, not claustrophobic or tight anywhere. Plenty of overall room in the gown to "spread 'em." :) I'm 6'2" so I'm very glad this L/XL went to my knee. And with my belly just about as big as it's gonna get, there's still inches of room at the waist just in case. It has just enough added feminine charm to give me a boost of confidence and why not have a little extra of that to take into the delivery room!

Perfect in Every Way!
I’ve been wanting to buy one of these since I was pregnant with my first baby (5 years ago)! I finally caved and bought one of these cute gowns after finding out I was having my first baby girl after two boys. I ordered one size larger (I normally wear mediums) because I’m only 5 months pregnant and still growing, and I LOVE having all of this extra room. That’s just a personal preference though.Functionally, this is great! It completely opens in the back and is held together with 5 snaps, so it provides complete coverage, but still makes it easy for the doctors to access your back if they need to. There’s also 6 snaps on each side in the front of the gown that completely exposes your arms and shoulders. It creates a handy little pocket to fit your newborn baby for breastfeeding or baby cuddles. With all the snaps this gown has, it’s perfect if you need to get completely undressed to shower and you still have your IV and/or other monitors on you. That’s completely necessary, especially if you have to be on hospital bedrest before your baby arrives!Overall, I’m very impressed with the quality and the cost of this gown. It’s really beautiful and I feel so pretty when I’m wearing it (and even at this stage, I feel everything but pretty at the moment). I can’t wait to wear this when my baby girl arrives in a few months!

Cute but not very functional
I’m mixed on this product, since I have it I’ll save it for future deliveries but not convinced I would buy this again. It is cute, but wow all the buttons are overwhelming and frustrating, not ideal during a time of recovery. Better to use in postpartum vs labor and delivery because it will get dirty. A sipper would have been better or a slip on, the hospital gown though not as cute is much more functional.

Great for breast feeding and pumping
Open back is great for the delivery. However, it may make it dirty. When spending many days in hospital with a preemie it was great to cover up around many people.Colour, style and size was great, worth the price!

Easy and comfortable
Didn’t need to pack any other clothes as I ended up only wearing this for my 5 day stay in hospital. Nice and loose and comfy. Perfect for new mothers trying to juggle breastfeeding, post birth, newborn baby and all the constant check ups by nurses and doctors. Also a very pretty pattern.

Nice!
I was about a size 18 when pregnant and this gown was a little snug around the hips, but comfortable all the same! I wore this when in labour and when receiving an epidural, as the back pops open all the way down for easy access. Also had a press stood opening at the front to make breastfeeding easy. Shame somebody in the hospital i was in took my gownie off my bed while i was just coming out of theatre and put it with the rest of the wards washing. Safe to say i never got my gown back, and they didn't really seem bothered that i had it taken.Sad really as it was a lovely item and thought it would've looked nice in pictures with my son

These gowns allow my mother to be dressed easily and give the medical staff that take care of ...
My mother is breast cancer sufferer and I have been looking for something practical for a while. These gowns allow my mother to be dressed easily and give the medical staff that take care of her access to her wound. It would be good if the gowns tied at the back as my mother is elderly and there is a risk of pressure sores. That being said it is the best solution by far so thank you for a great well made product that was delivered quickly.
