I ordered the medium and it fit, even tho I’m only 5’3”. In the long run, I might need to punch more holes to shorten the straps if they stretch out. Conveniently, the suspenders came with a leather hole punch. I wish there were strap holders further down on the suspenders for those like me that have a lot of extra slack, but it wasn’t a major problem. Overall, these were perfect to round out my derby outfit.

I needed this piece for 19th century military uniform. It was better than I hoped for, and they were able to stamp it with custom engraving for a very low price!

I cut it for not to have extra length. So I found out it was the totally cheap leather like materials.Beware of this seller. And I would like to strongly condemn amazon for letting this seller intentionally wrong information.

Very nice suspenders unfortunately way to big on me as I'm a woman and these are mens suspenders so will have to make more holes but looks very cute with my fit.

The leather is a decent thickness but very rigid. It will take years to break in I suppose. All of the hardware is pretty flimsy and light weight.The wire holding all the clips onto the leather is around a 24 gauge wire which is much thinner than it really should be. I was going to buy a few of these but after the first one got here (and it took a while) I’veDecided to pass on reordering.

I originally thought that the initials I chose were going to be stained on or something similar but they came engraved or etched in which was a great surprise because know I don't have to worry about wear. There is plenty of room to size with notches given.. I can't wait to break the straps in and have more worn looking, I bought these for my wedding day attire and they true to color and style and just what I wanted.
