Lock defective and poor installation
Slimline 2-Door Steel Almirah Product installed on 20.05.2024. Except by me with considerable effort , none of my family members are able to open the front door(which gets stuck often). Front door lock is defective which also gets stuck in-between position(neither open nor close). Both Front door and almirah base are not aligned properly, due to faulty installation .Durability is as poor as it gets, it shakes, moves, vibrates, door and front lock also gets stuck. Sturdiness is NIL. Rating 1 out of 5 stars.

Good product and nice installation team
The quality of the product is good. I liked the lock system. It is easy to use and value for money. The installation guy is really nice and the Godrej customer care service team is really good. But the Amazon customer care team is not at all helpful.

**Terrible Experience with Damaged Godrej Almirah and Poor Customer Service from Amazon**
The media could not be loaded. I received a damaged Godrej steel almirah from Amazon, and despite several requests, a reverse pickup has not been done. The almirah has been with me for one month. Do not purchase furniture from Amazon due to their very poor response, both from Amazon and their delivery pickup personnel. I feel I have been indirectly forced to keep the damaged Godrej almirah. Additionally, the installation service from Godrej was also not provided. Amazon informed me that their backend team did not approve a refund and did not disclose the reason, even after several requests.

Excellent service by technician
Thanks Amazon for the product and for excellent service support by godrej ... technician (Raju) was well versed with the product assembly he assembled within 20mins and narmada supervisor sent the technician promptly
