Customer service part- I changed my mind for the color and they were extremely prompt and made the color change very simple. The chairs- beautiful set! I love this look. They are extremely comfortable and they have smooth height adjustment. Very happy!

These chairs are beautiful, but they didn’t come with clear instructions and almost had the the black piece stuck in the chair which would have kept me from being able to use the hydraulics. Luckily I was able to figure out. The other downside is mine did come with a few scratches on it which was disappointing considering how expensive these chairs were. Overall I’m content with these seats for now.

We love the look and feel of the chairs. However, about the second day we had them, my husband put too much weight on the foot rail and it broke in multiple places.

I purchased 4 of these chairs at the end of last year (months ago) and with semi-regular use the foot pedestal broke while my daughter was sitting in it. She’s not heavy at all! Now I need to get it fixed at an extra expense to myself. Not sure how to contact manufacturers.

I did not like the comfort and the assemble info was not clear

When you sit you keep sliding, the way it’s designed, doesn’t make the usage comfortable but it looks pretty.
