Software and support is rubbish
There is almost no information on how to set up this DVR and no help files. The software is very buggy.IP cameras using ONVIF or RTSP only seem to show low definition even though they are 2K cameras.The web interface has some of the settings the box is missing but still it is very buggy and doesn't always do what the settings say it should. Playback doesn't work on Chrome, Internet Explorer or Edge.

DVR recorder that don't record without a drive so check before you buy don't understand how you can sell a recorder that don't record I was unaware of this when ordered

When I connected with my previous cameras no images. It says out of resolutions and i cannot get any support online nor from the seller
