Q: What is the difference between ultra freeze and super hold? which is better at keeping your hair intact all day long?

Ultra freeze is a hold of 30, 24 hour humidity resistant. High shine, Dries instantly. Volume spray (super hold) is a hold of 25 Fast drying but takes a bit longer than ultra freeze. I think for fine hair ultra freeze is best because it instantly dries. For coarse hair, volume spray will give the best hold.

Q: Why do you always ship me some bad sprays along with the good ones? i like this product; however, i'm getting very tired of wasting my hard-earned $$

I had the same problem with the nozzle clogging up (I tried everything, using a toothbrush to scrub the nozzle after each use, soaking in hot water etc) so I called the manufacturer. They pointed out that on the label it clearly states "shake well before using"....so I started shaking the heck out of the can prior to spraying. Problem solved! It needs to be well shaken so that all the contents mix well and then it won't clog the nozzle.

Q: Is this 80% voc or 55% voc? it is in the fine print on the back of the can, but there are no photos of the fine print.

“VOC levels do not exceed 55%” as printed on back of the can!
