I was excited to receive this product as it is my first beard care product. However I was very disappointed when I opened the packaging. The picture is very misleading. They show an eye dropper however there is no eyedropper included, unless my product wasn't packaged as ADVERTISED!Speaking on the product it self the oil softens the beard quite well and smells great, but the balm doesn't do much for actual styling like it says. So id give it a 3.5 out of 5They say use a drop of the oil, but thats a little difficult to do when you don't have an eye dropper.....right?So I ask the seller "Pure Body Naturals" , was I to receive an eye dropper?Sincerely,A concerned Amazon Prime Member

This stuff is the bomb!! It has made my facial fuzz softer than a tiger’s purr. Silky like a spider’s home. I’m not a huge fan of how long the scent lasts. That might be your thing. It’s a nice scent. It’s very difficult to describe. My best description, and take this with quite a few grains of salt, would be like baby powder and after shave? Lol it sounds bad but it smells great. It just lasts too long for my taste. I like my lady to smell it, I don’t want to smell it all day. Like I said, that may be your cup o’ tea. Not for me. That won’t keep me from using it though!! My beard loves this stuff. For real.

I have to give the oil and balm away since I can't return it. I'm giving it 3 stars to be neutral because it seems like a good oil and balm, but I'm somewhat sensitive to smells, and this stuff is pretty strong, especially since it's right under your nose. And it doesn't seem to diminish with time. I'm 5 hours since application, and it seems just as strong as it was when I put it on. Just be warned if you're sensitive to smells. You might want to look for an unscented version.

Awesome product. I purchased this for my husband and am extremely satisfied with the products. My husband has a beard that gets tangled easily if not taken care of. The aroma of this scent is not overwhelming like other brands and keeps his beard soft and manageable. The balm keeps everything in place. We will order this again!

The scent is amazing and I genuinely enjoy it compared to many others. It's not a cologne or hair product type of smell, but I can describe it as almost "nutty" or "woody" scent in a cream form, if that makes any sense? This balm/oil eliminates my "beard-druff" and makes my facial hair soft as silk and smells great. It also adds a nice sheen to my beard. I absolutely love this product and will continue to purchase as long as it's available. (It makes wearing a mask even more bearable.)

This is the second time I bought this item. It was sitting in the box on my dresser for four weeks because I had some left over of this and another product. When I did open the order several days ago the balm was completely separated into a brown oil and a lard look a like. The balm cannot be used for anything! The oil I did not open. I would be happy with a exchange or refund. Please contact me as what is going on. Thanks Josepg

I bought this as a birthday gift for my boyfriend. He's been trying to grow his beard for some time now and since I love big beards, I wanted to help him out. The biggest issues with his beard were the texture, split ends, and patchiness. His beard was very rough, had a whole lot of split ends, and wasn't as thick & full as he wanted it to be. I would trim it for him about twice a month but to no avail. So I finally just decided to look into beard products. He told me that he wanted a good beard oil so I began researching, and came across this gem. He began using it about a week ago, but I immediately noticed a difference in the texture of his beard after his first use of the oil & balm. His beard is so soft now and I love it. It looks a little thicker than before. He also said that his split ends are diminishing which is a huge plus. I'll definitely be buying this from now on to keep his beard soft, full, and tangle-free.

My husband does like this product, however. both times we ordered it, there was no dropper included with the order, which makes it impossible to regulate the amount of oil being used. The picture of the product shows a dropper is included.

This lives upto its expectation..
