I LOVED this product! I look forward to coming home from work so I can get a GREAT massage! It is the treat of my day! It also saves me money since I don't feel I have to invest in expensive SPAS that charge you an arm and a leg for a massage. Also, the fact that it's cordless, makes it very easy to use.Thank you THUMPER for coming up with this product!

We returned this product because it had been used. It was soiled and the box that it was in had been torn in spots. The real problem is that we returned it but never received a refund and our account shows that it was never returned. I really do not know what to do at this point. So make sure to get all tracking receipts if you purchase a Thumper and then decide to return it.

Extremely convenient & high quality massager. Higher price, but worth it. Large two head massager performance but in a wireless easy-to-use form.

I bought my original thumper in 2000.It lasted 21 years. It still works today. I decided to up grade to the battery operated model .It is not as durable as the original. Nor as powerful.I will rate it 4/5 stars.Genuine purchaser of this product.Robert

Very happy with the new mini pro lithium 2 . The cordless model is very nice.

I bought the massager only to find the battery would not fit in the charging unit. After several calls and a lengthy "chat" experience with their on-line help center I am returning the unit to Amazon. This was a BIG MISTAKE and I hope this review will help the next person interested in this product. EXTREMELY POOR customer service and defective product.

If you don’t require too strong of a percussion it might work for you. I’ve got a ridiculously ridged muscular make up and it was too slow, soft and left cuts on my skin.

Solid massager to help with my knots! This product was recommended to me by my chiropractor and thank goodness I listened to her! She normally uses the Thumper Lithium8 on me, but this product has been helping me so much to treat the tense muscles on my back at home. I love how it’s cordless and light to hold. I can reach all parts of my back with it and no extra pressure is needed. Great product and I would highly recommend it to my friends and family!

The media could not be loaded. I had the original Thumper Mini Pro but it broke. I tried the new version which was not good. Now I tried this. The battery doesn't charge at all, it is faulty.Other points - It's way to heavy to hold the shaft or bottom of it. I have to hold the head, press against the sofa on it but the buttons get activated and reduce speed or shut off. Why can't you have a lock buttons option so they doesn't happen. It also isn't that powerful compared with the old mini thumper pro.One positive, it doesn't pinch your skin like the older models. That's a plus.

On off button is ridiculously hard to use if you can’t see it. Your finger could be 3/4 on the button and it won’t work. I find myself having to turn the lights on just to turn this off. Massager part is good, but I would never buy again because of the switch.UPDATE. This is very badly designed. The on off switches are WAY to finicky but the worst part of the design is the battery compartment. You just slide it into the end and it clips in................NOT.Ive now had two batteries just drop out of the massager ( yes they were inserted properly ) and when they dropped out the clip on them broke. That's $140 in batteries now useless. VERY VERY BAD DESIGN . I do not recommend this unit.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this product for deep tissue massage for my back, but all it gives is just sort of making vibration and makes my skin feel numb. I would recommend this vibration or “shaking” function for arm and leg massage only, it’s not that effective for back. The idea of being produced or assembled in Canada isn’t really a product advantage as if you are buying wine, all I care is the output and effectiveness to sort my massage need. The product itself is a bit heavy and the structure doesn’t balance the vibration created during its on, maybe that’s why it limited the penetration (I would rate the penetration 2/5) for deep tissue, safe the BS telling me it shakes rather then providing penetration for the sake of customer safety or to avoid muscle injury, people come to you for the expectation of your brand, quality and product effectiveness. The old model does the job, where someone helps and position the machine for you on the back. This self massage is ONLY useful to shake your arm and leg muscle. Anyway I would only pay like GBP130 for this because it’s assembled in Canada to cover the cost, but the product itself maybe worth between GBP50-80, as the battery is quite nice. I hope this comment provides help to those who are hesitating to purchase or not.
