The actual bar stools are pretty nice. But, I got them delivered in a nice box that hid the destroyed box that actually had the bar stools in it. The original box was destroyed and one stool suffered a scuffed base and three little puncture holes in the seat. I didn't see the damage, until way after the delivery person was gone, or I would have refused them. Not for the stools themselves, but for the disguised damage that someone had to know about. I did think about sending them back, but it was going to be too much trouble taking them back apart and trying to repack them back into that torn up box. They do sit very well and do what I need and fit my sitting place, so I chose to just live with the minor damage that one received. When you buy new, you expect new.

I was optimistic about these chairs. Having put them together (properly, to be clear), they are wobbly and scary to sit on. I do not want any of my friends or family to sit on these. They are very unstable. The manufacturer should address this.

Would have been perfect but one chair did not have a hole drilled for one of the bolts. But the chairs are comfortable, easy to use, and very nice looking

Super disappointed with what I hoped would be better chairs. One piece (the chrome plastic sleeve for the base) of one chair arrived broke. When we sit in them, we both (adults) feel like we are falling forward and can barely stay on the chairs. I ordered these because they were supposed to be wider than other styles, but they seem better suited for a young preteen or child. When I sat on the chair for the 1st time (I weigh 150) the chair wanted to sink down to a low adjustment (but we need the higher setting for our table height). Not comfortable (feel's small and pushes us forward off balance), cheaply made (broken piece and does not seem to support adult weight well) and lightweight (I thought a stool of this type would have more weight for stability). I wanted to return them, but Hubby does not want to box them up and bother with it. I bet we only use these for a few months...no way can we use these for the 5-10 years we had hoped. So I'll be out shopping for something I already bought...poor show!

These stools are perfect for what we needed. They are adjustable, comfortable we really like them.
