This is our second purchase of the same door. Added a bath to our basement last year and purchased this door and loved it. Decided to remodel a master this year and purchased the same door again. Delivery was quick. Missing a small part the company had wonderful customer service and made sure the missing part was delivered quickly.If you are looking for good quality and a door that looks great you cannot go wrong with the door and company.

This is a high quality door that was very easy to install. It's a two person job which my girlfriend and I completed in about 90 minutes. Instructions are easy to follow and allow for a no mistakes install.

Great value for the money. High quality components. Thick glass. Much better than what is found in the home improvement store. Looks great - high end!

I’ve had the door installed and functional for about a month now. The glass is good quality throughout with minor defects along the edge. The rollers however are absolute garbage, stripping out and unable to support the weight of the doors. Since I’m already invested, I have to order the rollers from the parent company. Hopefully these won’t give out and leave metal shavings all over the place.

I ordered this product on Sept. 30 and didn’t receive it until October 15. Box was seriously damaged, wood crate was broken and both ends of box were open. We hired a contractor to install who has installed many Dreamline Shower Doors and had only had an issue with parts on one job. We became the second one with parts issues. The guardrail that was sent was for a left side permanent door. We wanted the non-moving door on the right and that is what Amazon site stated. After much discussion we said go ahead and install it with the part it came with, only to get to the L-bar installation and hit another issue with needing an L-bar to be mounted on the left side now, which the part enclosed was sent for the opposite side. We, our contractor and myself, have tried to do Live Chat, call, email, call again to Dreamline to get the correct part but so far no response from Dreamline. We just want our shower finished and this is so frustrating. All we need is one part. Will update my review if we ever can finish our installation.

This doors are absolutely gorgeous. They are heavy. Our contractor told is they were the nicest doors he has had the pleasure of installing. Love them. Highly recommended!!!!!
