I bought this for hot chocolate! my boys use this, they can put in hot chocolate mix or protein powder mix with cows or macadamia nut, almond, or oat milk. it warms and mixes and they love it. it is a little hard to get under the frother spiral but with a brush we seem to be cleaning it well. it has gotten a lot of use since Christmas and is going strong, it seems like it will hold up for a while. fingers crossed! it is much easier to travel with when we do not have a stove in hotel or rental spaces during ski trips, or even to plug in at the truck in the parking lot!

My first Jimhomni frother worked every day for 3.5 years. It still works, but I damaged the whisk. I wrote to the company thru Amazon asking about replacing it and they responded that the unit had been updated and current whisks won't work with old units. **Instead they sent me a new unit FREE. What a great company.** I proceeded to buy two more of these great units for work and another residence. Very strongly recommended.

I really liked this machine when it worked. A few weeks after almost every day use the pieces at the bottom fell apart. Pretty bummed. It frothed well, great heat and was pretty quick.

Made the switch from the one-piece frothers because this seemed like it would be easier to clean. It is easier to clean, and the frothing cup is actually nice and big - big enough to make hot chocolate in. Problem is that the cup/pitcher is thin and flimsy, making the whole thing feel cheap. It also cools off really quickly because it's just a single thin layer of aluminum - not insulated like my old frother. For the same reason the thing is kind of loud and rattly. After a couple of weeks on use the caps on the handles started falling off - first the bottom then the top. I can reattach them, and using glue I could probably fix it "permanently", but for $60 it's just a real bummer.

This is my second type of frother as the first was an all-in one configuration. Specifically, I was not able to remove the cup from the base in order to wash thoroughly. This frother is perfect with the removable cup , making it extremely easy to wash, with the ability to remove the magnetized whisk to clean it separately along with under where it sits. The froth is lofty and becomes hot quickly, so much so that it can leave a bit of scalded milk in the bottom of the cup. The buttons to operate are few and extremely simple to use. As in my headline, the price for this frother is not cheap, but I am well-pleased with the ease of use and find it worth the bit of a splurge.

I have a double boiler expresso machine but I rely on this frother when it's not available and it has never let me down. It's so easy to clean (the pitcher can even go in the dishwasher), and creates perfect micro foam every time. The trick is to follow their levels as indicated on the pitcher. But I find going a little below the hot foam mark makes the foam a little stiffer like the cappuccino foam it prefer.

I tried so many milk frother over the years and no one worked. Usually the foam does not come very well or the milk is not hot enough.I am so surprised by the quality of this stainless steelMilk Frother. I was able to froth any sort of milk from almond to coconut and had no problem. Also the temperature was very warm compared to lukewarm of my previous frother.Very happy about this purchase!

This frother was amazing, and I love it... but here we are less than a year after I purchased it and the motor has slowed down so much that it won't froth my cream. Its really unfortunate and initially I would have given this 5/5 but I can't send feedback now because my window is closed so I would say don't purchase unless you want to froth milk for less than a year. Maybe I'll try taking it apart and see what happened.

Great frother, silent, blends powders well for lattes. Only downsides is it could be ever so slightly hotter, but it's fine if you're drinking it right away. Also would be nice if it was a little bigger, it's perfect for standard 12 oz mug but I tend to like making larger lattes. Overall works great though and I love it.

Bought this as a gift for my husband. He used it one morning, I wanted to try the next morning and it made a loud sound and turned itself off.

Nice style looks more modern than some but works exactly as advertised. Could make the milk a little hotter but it’s definitely upper end of warm.

I've had this product for maybe 6 months and the wisk started sticking and making this horrible grating sound. The problem is that the inside of the wist has rusted! I've seen alot of comments on it not working after a few months and I think we are all having the same problem. A rusted wisk. I added put a small amount of Avocado oil on a q-tip to lube up the inside and that seems to have done the trick but I've had to do it a couple times over the last month or so. Maybe it's not sustainable but it's a solution for now. I also think hand washing the frother would prolong this issue from happening instead putting it in the dishwasher. Otherwise, I very much like this product and was very happy to find a frother that was not coated in non stick crap-ola.

I'd been looking for a milk steamer/frother for a while, and when I stumbled on this one, I was very happy. It is super easy to use.Making sure the attachment is in and magnetised , fill the pitcher with milk, put it on the base, click the button for which you want - hot or cold foam or just hot milk - and it'll turn off when the milk has been heated through. Best part is that is so easy to clean!I've used it everyday for the last 2 weeks and have not had any issues!I'd recommend this frother/steamer to anyone looking to purchase one.
