It's hard for a company to live up to expectations when they're selling you a ~$200 pillow. Well, Lincove has succeeded in doing just that. I've purchased three of these pillows already, since everyone I seem to tell, either goes out and buys one, or asks me to purchase one for them. (Yes, they do still pay for the pillow even when I order it for them.) I've researched down pillows (real goose down, and as close to 100% goose down stuffing as I could find, (not feather, not duck)) for a long, long time. I finally settled on this 100% Canadian Down Filled Signature Pillow by Lincove and placed it on my wish list over 9 months ago. In all of that time, I have not found another pillow that compared in both quality and price. I finally purchased this pillow last month and could not be happier! It is certainly worth the price to me. It has given me some of the best quality sleep that I've had since I was a kid. My head is very sensitive to any amount of pressure and I am prone to headaches when lying on anything other than one (or two) of my three down pillows that I've had for almost 20 years. After 20 years my old pillows were flat and offered no support whatsoever. I was very surprised with the amount of support and the loft that my new Lincove Signature Pillow provided. All without sacrificing that wonderful, floating on a cloud-like feeling, that is so hard to find. These pillows are so soft and comfortable. They're filled with a generous amount of 100% Heterite Canadian goose down and wrapped in a quality cover. They are never vacuum-sealed; and even shipped in durable bags inside of an over-sized box so the pillow is fluffy and ready to use as soon as you get it. As nice as these pillows are, the very best part is the company who makes them. I've spoken with the sellers numerous times for questions or information and they are extremely kind and helpful people. They genuinely care about the quality of the products they make and the satisfaction of their customers. Believe me, they are very easy to deal with, and if you're not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, they'll fix it, even if it means refunding your purchase. So you really have nothing to lose.

I wanted to spend a few weeks with these pillows before I wrote an honest review on them. I'm not one to jump on Amazon an write a review the day or even week I receive a product as I don't think it reflects how the experience is for any product.I bought a set of Lincove's highest quality pillows on the Black Friday sale, Two king size pillows with medium fill. I am a side sleeper and figured medium would do it for me. I don't like a super hard pillows IE a rock down pillow and I'm not for sinking too far into a pillow just because I sweat at night at didn't want to block the fan I always use from cooling my head (sweaty forehead, weird I know).After about 2 weeks I realized I had made a mistake In getting the medium fill. Not that it wasnt comfortable, because sincerely it was. But sleeping on my side I felt like my head was sinking too far without bunching up the pillow to support my head higher. I contacted Lincove's customer service and tbh this is where the company shines even brighter.They were insanely helpful. To the point where they helped me get a new set of "Hard full" king size pillows with no issues at all. They were great in checking in with me for a few weeks after to make sure I was satisfied with the pillows. And it wasn't one of those boiler plate, prewritten emails you get after buying a product. I was talking to a real person. Someone who seemed like they genuinely cared about how I felt about the product. It was a very refreshing experience and made me a true patron of Lincove.The pillow is fantastic. If you're having reservations about buying one because of the price, I would just pull the trigger. If you have a problem Lincove will be there to help you out with an exchange or a return I'm sure of it. I don't really know why people are complaining about a smell? But I have none of that at all, and after purchasing the pillow covers they sell (which are also super high quality, soft as hell and tailored beautifully) I would say any smell that was present, was locked away inside the case/cover/protector.I'm sold. I'm a Lincove patron. And I'll be back in a few years when I need new pillows. So long as they keep treating their customers as incredibly as they did this time around, I'll recommend them over and over to anyone looking for the nicest pillows they'll ever want to buy.

Pillow is fabulous. Very well made. The FIRM is HUGE extremely firm…there is no fluff to it at all!! It’s just jammed stuffed!! I will try the Medium so see if it’s softer and more comfortable.

I'm a side sleepwear and purchased the reccomended firmness. I get neck aches from these pillows. They are great quality and reccomend them but go less firm than their recommendations.☆☆☆☆☆☆☆Update.... a representative reached out to me and concerning my issue, she offered to send out 2 replacement pillows in medium fill. I have received them and tried one out last night. No more neck ache!

So just like everyone says, customer service is fantastic when you call the company! Call them with any concerns, replacements, returns, or even new purchases.I am a stomach sleeper so I went for the "soft" pillow. When they say "soft" what they mean is "less fill". When they say medium, they mean "medium fill." When they say "firm" they mean "very filled."It was too soft that my head actually went down through the pillow and I could feel the bed underneath. I would only recommend it if you have an extremely light head or like to stack pillows. I tried medium, and actually settled on the firm. Even after a few weeks, the firm flattens a bit.But overall, a very nice and comfortable pillow!

The amount of fill is not consistant with other soft down pillows,this pillow is not worth the 200.00 I paid for it

Best pillow I have ever owned. Reminds me of the pillows on the Heavenly Bed at the Westin Hotel. Totally worth the money. But buy a pillow protector so your pillow lasts.
