I am a hot sauce aficionado. Not an expert, but I’ve tried dozens if not hundreds and I know what I like. This one is a solid top ten, maybe top five. Not vinegary, and not sweet, but very flavorful and it packs a punch, heat-wise. Not the hottest sauce by far, but several cuts above your standard grocery store hot sauces. I always have some on hand.

We've loved this hot sauce for years. The product itself is great. However, we received 4 oz bottles this time instead of 4.4 oz we've previously received.
