Pantene Silicone-Free Clarifying Shampoo, Pure Clean & Clarify, Fragrance-Free, 9.6 fl oz, Pack of 4

Having had very thick hair all my life I have started noticing a lot of shedding the last couple of years ( I am in my sixties). I have always tried to stay away from scented skincare and decided to opt for fragrance free shampoo/conditioner as well. I have used these products a couple of times now and I am extremely pleased with both shampoo and conditioner. Shampoo lathers very well and the conditioner seems to do a nice job as well. Both products seem very gentle and have no fragrance to potentially irritate the scalp. These products are very well price to boot! As far as the shedding goes, I think that I am seeing some improvement as well. Highly recommend.

I agree with many that while scentless, it has the picked up some of the plastic bottle scent which is going to happen when not heavily covered by fragrance. It does seem to work well with my oily straight hair where I can go 2-3 days without washing again, but 3 is ponytail day lol.

I have been looking for a completely scentless shampoo/conditioner that does not make my hair super dry and gross. A family member has a really side effects to scents in shampoos and conditioners, any time we visit him we try to accommodate. We have tried using many other shampoos and they all destroyed my hair. I purchased this and has worked great for my family.

The first time I used Pantene's Pure Clean and Clarify, it was a weird experience. Something was missing. A fragrance. I can detect no perfumes or fragrance in this product. You know how when you use a product in the shower, the fragrance can fill the entire shower? That was missing. The shower and bathroom did not fill with a scent of any kind.Another strange thing. When applying foundation makeup after the shower, I can now detect a very light citrus scent to the foundation, something I never noticed before. I figure the scent of whatever I was using for shampoo/conditioner, even though light, must have blocked me from being able to detect the faint scent of the foundation.I am extremely sensitive to fragrance and perfumes with reactions anywhere from stuffed-up nose to numbing headaches. For the home, we use fragrance free detergents, soaps, etc. I was disappointed when my previous shampoo/conditioner was discontinued by the manufacturer, however, now I am glad because I found Pantene Pure Clean and Clarify.After using it for several weeks, I will say that I notice the slightest odor to it immediately after squeezing it out onto my hand. It may be from the plastic bottle or it may be slight chemical pf the product. However, it is a "clean, uncomplicated" scent and not "perfumey" and as far as I can tell, doesn't linger.The shampoo cleans well. I have very short hair and have noticed more volume. Weather in Huskerland is cold and dry right now. I'm curious to see how the product holds up in the heat and humidity of summer. The shampoo doesn't produce tons and tons of lather but it does suds up. (We have hard water.) I don't notice a lot of static in my hair during the dry winter months so the conditioner must be working.I appreciate that the two times I've ordered it, the shampoo/conditioner/treatment was shrink wrapped together as it was shipped with other items. I plan to order again and hope that there is no problem with broken lids, spilled product, etc.This product may not work for everyone who is sensitive to fragrances, however, if you are sensitive and are having difficulty finding a product, for the reasonable price, give this a try. It may work for you. If it doesn't work, consider giving the unused product to a women's shelter or homeless shelter so it doesn't go to waste. Thanks.

These products live up to the claims stated in the description. Smells great and my hair was sqeeky clean. Will purchase again

I have been in the market for a fragrance free shampoo and conditioner. We have been buying the natural shampoos/conditioners but I never felt like they did a great job cleaning/conditioning. Our hair felt “straw-like” and would be greasy by the end of the day. I tried buying “normal” scented shampoo just so my husband didn’t have greasy hair but OMG… the scent was so overpowering that I felt sick. So I found this Pantene FRAGRANCE FREE shampoo and conditioner online. Unfortunately NO ONE NEAR ME CARRIED THIS PRODUCT. AMAZON, YOU’RE AWESOME! I not only found this product here, ordered it at like 9pm, it was delivered to my door the NEXT DAY!!! So let me get this straight, no stores near me sells it but I can order it through Amazon and have it delivered to my door step in ONE DAY!!! Plus, the shampoo and conditioner are amazing! Literally no smell! I used the conditioner treatment and it does have a smell so I don’t know if I will use it again.
