These are perfect for what I need them for and they came in a 4 pack so I was able to give some to my daughter. BUT CAUTION.. If you walk around in them you must be careful because the gel is slippery and you could fall easily. Even with my socks on I found them something to be wary of. I just leave them on soaking my lotioned heels while watching tv. That's plenty of time. I'm very pleased with purchase

I purchased these to aid in painful cracked heels. I coated dry area with OKeefe’s cream, covered with large bandage, followed by the gel shield. Kept on all day and repeated in evening for sleep. The dry cracked areas were resolved within 2 days use. I’ll continue to use the gel shield in evening to prevent further cracking.The gel cushions proved to be helpful with cracked heels and recommend if you are battling same issue.

I had purchased an expensive pair of shoes that were causing me to bleed on my heels :( these heel protectors are amazing! They are soft and squishy and stay in place. I was able to wear my shoes all day without pain!

These are terrible. They in no way provide any type of heel support. The material is terrible. SPongy like jello. In no way would they satisfy support for plantar fasciitis.

Realmente no me dio resultado y si lo uso directo en la piel, luego de un dia de trabajo me hizo una llaguita por el rose, entonces al otro dia me lo puse por encima de la media, pero es un tremendo problema poder ponerse el zapato sin que el protector se corra. No me gustó.

such a great and inexpensive product! bought these to wear with my docs to a music festival and gave the others to my friends to also wear to the festival and were super comfortable all night!

Finally, a product that saves my heels when wearing shoes and sneakers that rub. Life changing!!

I don’t really get the point of this product they do not fit inside the shoes. The roll up when I try to put on the shoe.
