The box arrived opened, with the contents spilling out into the padded envelope. That seemed a bit strange, but I figured it must have just been jostled around in the van or something. Put it back into the box, wrapped it up, and then today opened it (well, my kids did.) Guess I should have paid more attention because it turned out it was broken in two places. The little wood knife was broken and so is the mechanism/lever that makes the bread pop up and down. Aka, in the first 3 seconds of being open we realized it can't even be played with because you can't make the toast go up and down. Of course I had ordered this weeks ago and just been sitting on it this whole time, and having to do a return two days before Christmas is going to be a pain, but what a crock. If it was packaged better maybe it would've been fine but honestly, the lever feels like sawdust anyway so I'm guessing this breaks on people pretty often, even without the box exploding in transit. Ugh. Hard to explain to toddlers why their toy doesn't work, especially when you go through the trouble of not buying plastic junk because you expect the wood stuff to be better quality.

I love the idea of this toy. My toddlers are going to love it for Christmas. It is a bit smaller than I expected it to be, so I'm sure the parts will end up all over the house. Some of the wooden parts are a little raw and unfinished, so it's something to look out for with kids.

Smaller than I expected, the coffee bean circle pieces would make me nervous around smaller toddlers because it’s easy to put in their mouth but it’s a very cute, very well made toy.

Definitely for very small hands, two year old or three. Some of the Accessories are a little too small for the tiny humans but overall super cute!

This product states to be 8.3 inches tall but it’s only 5.3 inches tall. This is even too small for my 16 month old. Wouldn’t buy this unless you want it to just sit around on a counter. Not worth it. I will be returning.

I gave this 4 stars for the fact that the pieces are so small, some make since to be as small. But I just know they’ll be lost by next week. Other than that this little, teeny, tiny wooden coffee maker is adorable and my almost 3yo loves it!!

It’s so cute and my daughter love it. She thought she was a barista at Starbucks lol. It’s light weight and was easy to put together.

This is the best play kitchen toaster and it’s cute and small!!!
