Q: what kind of material would i fill the molds with to make dolls out of them?and how doi make them bendable?

Hi, I use this mold when I make people that go on cakes. I use gumpaste or marzipan. I'm not sure which mold you would use for your project.

Q: For fondant/gumpaste, do you freeze the parts before removing? Also, are they hard to remove from mold?

No need to freeze. They come off the mold very easily. Use a little powder sugar or corn starch. Press mold, let it set for few minutes, and then remove figures. It is much easier with gumpaste. Fondant, depending of the brand, is softer and might be trickier to remove, but not impossible.

Q: if you use clay how do you keep it together the two halves?also what would I use with the clay to make it bend?

I can't say for clay. I use them for fondant and gum paste.

Q: How tall are the figures?

can be 5 inches if you wish or smaller, you need to adjust the legs ie if the figure is to sit, then adjust the dimensions.
