Impressive
Was looking at a Dyson or Shark and saw some reviews on this brand, was completely unaware of it.Does exactly what I hoped, great suction, flexibility and lightweight. Highly recommend!

Battery/Charger failure in 4months.
No matter what value price it’s frustrating when electronic devices fail while still virtually new. Battery or charger - can not tell which - has failed in 4 months and no more than 6 uses. Battery will not charge.Update: Customer service impressed and diagnosed the problem online and sent replacement adapter and unit is running well. Updated to 4-star. Thanks

easy to use
Bought this vacuum for my wife who has arthritis. The light weight makes it easy to use. The three suction powers are good when shifting between surface types. The lower suction is easier to use on carpets. She loves it.

Returned as battery & charger were NFG
Great disappointment to open the box, assemble, and then find charger/battery not functional (tried many times on different circuits etc ). Had to return whole unit. Planning on repurchasing once credit issued.
