Sound like a good company to work with, I would buy from them again. So apparently the lamp is not made that way. If the next lamp is the same I will update again and let you know. Very easy to put together, just basically screw the poles together and snap the shade on. I like the sleek look, and the weight on the base seems very heavy. However even with the weight it seemed to wobble a bit when it is turned on and off. So I looked under the base and it is not a complete circle, I do not know if it is made that way or it is broken. So I messaged the company and waiting on feedback. If it is broken that would explain it. We will see what they say about it.

Love this lamp! Assembly was quick and easy- it took longer to unwrap everything than to put it together. The only thing that might take a little bit is hooking the shade on the hoops, but even that was under 5 minutes. Very sturdy and looks like it costs more than it does, and fits into many different decorating styles. Just all around a great purchase, so glad I found it.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  It’s easy enough to put together but no matter what I do, I can’t get the light piece to stay up inside the fixture. It just falls right down. I’ve tried pulling the cord really tight. Putting it up inside and trying to turn it to lock it. Nothing works. The whole piece just falls right back down

This MOFFE lamp is everything. I sit in this space to drink my morning coffee but sometimes I read late at night. This lamp provides the best lighting for me to read my novels without having to turn on the bedroom light. It was super easy to put together. Guess what? It even included a light bulb so I didn't have to go buy one.If you need a lamp for your any space in your home or office, this is the one.

I ordered 2 of these to replace our 15 year old lamps from college 😂. They look super nice and I like that it has 3 different brightness options. The base is heavy enough that it's not wobbly.

This sleek floor lamp looks great in any space. I was surprised at how easy it was to assemble. It is steady and we’ll constructed. It even came with an energy efficient light bulb, which throws a lot of light. Perfect for a reading nook!

Although I love the look, this was hard to put together. Not the lamp itself, that was simple. The shade is rolled plastic that you need to stretch over some frames, and that was really difficult. But overall a good value for the money.

Was easy to assemble 3 lighting modes and works great for a floor lamp/night light. I wanted something reachable without it being a full led because eventually you have just toss that style.
