My husband has celiac disease, thus almond flour is the way to go when I am baking. Love that it is made from almonds which has numerous vitamins, etc.., and that is nutritious to boot. I have used almond flour for the past 5 years, and this is the first time I have ordered from "I'm a Nut". The product is of great quality, and I have no qualms about it. Love it!!! And the price was cheaper than where I formally bought almond flour from. So a win-win all around!!

Great quality...and finally a great price from an Amazon brand! I'm so happy not to have to pay $200 for a 25lb. box of blanched almond flour for my two boys who are on the Specific Carbohydrate Diet, which keeps them in remission from Crohn's disease. Thank-you!

Wasn’t sure about this when order in bulk, but the product is great! We will be buying agin! Only thing, make sure you have a bucket or tub to store this in because it’s not sealed, it comes in a giant bag in the box. We use the homedepot buckets, they are the best sealing tubs around if your worried about moisture!!

The flour looks and tastes great. Nice texture. Fresh. Very happy with the product. Gave 3 stars on the packaging. Expected the flour to be in one big bag, inside the box, that I would need to package into smaller bags. Was surprised, though, when I opened the box and saw that the bag was not sealed at all. No twist tie or anything to hold the bag closed. Just the top of the bag laid over itself causing some of the flour to end up in the bottom of the box, outside of the bag. Thankfully the box didn't get upended in transit or was exposed to moisture or the result could have been much worse. Fix that issue and I would give a complete 5 star experience.

I typically love this almond flour. I have purchased in small bags multiple times. However, this almond flour was completely rancid when I opened it. It stunk up my entire house. I went to Amazon right away to attempt a return and it was non returnable. I run a small bakery out of my home and a $105 loss is pretty major so I attempted to use it on one recipe. The smell and taste was so rancid it was nauseating. I reached out to the company directly because they had sent me an email the same day with a 100% satisfaction guarantee or you could return. So I sent an email with no response. This is very disappointing. Again, to take thay kind of loss as a small business is pretty major. I really needed this product for a vendor event. I had to run out in an emergency and purchase almond flour at a local grocery store.

Due to a medical diet we had to find an affordable source of almond flour. My wife and I have purchased this flour several times from several different sellers. This is the best one we have found. Product is shipped bulk but is easily divided up and we freeze what we don't use to keep it fresh. Almond flour is expensive so finding a reliable source was very important to us. We have purchased this brand a half a dozen times and have never been disappointed.

We have yet to use any of this almond flour, but the texture, color and feel of the product when we transferred it to zipper storage bags was consistent with other almond flour that we use. We store this product in quart-sized zipper bags in the freezer and 25 ponds will last us around 7 - 9 months.The price was extraordinary - $114.95 for 25 pounds. That is the cheapest cost that I have found in 15 years of buying bulk almond flour online. The shipment arrived on time and in good shape. Very happy, so far.

The flour is tastes great and has a good quality. The only problem I have is the packaging. The company on the box does not seem to match the company advertised on the website and the flour comes in a blue, plastic bag making it very inconvenient to store at home. This flour should come in smaller bags that would make it easier for the customer to store.
