I was looking for just a mail organizer I could hang on the wall, but when I saw this I just couldn't pass this up. I love this little box it's such a nice place to store things. My roommate and I were always losing the mail and it was becoming a problem. I decided to put one of these by the door where we come in and it has done wonders. I also like the fact that all my keys are just right there i don't have to worry about where did I put them down. The bamboo is nice and light so it am not worried about it falling from the wall. I recommend this to anybody who loves to keep things in their places and not have things strewn about all over the house!

I've been using this product for several weeks now. The letter rack is small but I knew that from the specs when I purchased. It is just what we needed and holds everyone's iPhones and keys just fine. We have a few sets of keys with more than one alarm pad and they fit with no problem. I used my own screws to mount them to my wall, but did not need to change anything else. I would recommend using for a key/cell phone station for 3 people.

This is actually a great product, it was deliverd sooner than promised and looks much better in person. However; I do have one issue. I received the unit with the top hinge badly bent, instead of going through the whole return process I went out to Lowe's and purchased a new brass hinge for under $3. When mounting the unit on the wall, you may also consider purchasing a small bracket to mount the bottom of the unit against the wall as well, once you do that the "door" will open w/o pulling the base of the unit away from the wall.I would recommend this unit.

I used to have this key cabinet for years but it fell and broke so I ordered it again. The new one is much narrower and would not fit a wide envelope, so for mail it is useless. I am using it only for keys.To hang it up I found some cardboard to fill in the back and glued it to the back and then used command strips. The little hangers it comes with are useless. So this way I will have it probably for many years. It is a poor product but with these changes it will work for me. I use it for my neighbors keys and spare car and housekeeps for me, so it will not get a lot of use.

Much larger than it looks in the picture and very bulky. Inside it has 2 magnets to keep door closed that are way to strong and very difficult to open. (You need two hands.) so if you're one of those people that leaves in a hurry and like to just grab your keys and go just before walking out the door (hands full of stuff, like me), this isn't ideal. It would have been more functional if there was one magnet on top and one on the bottom (that aren't as strong) instead of two just on the top.

I love this product. I like that I can keep my keys and other items I should be taking out right by the door without having the chaos of it all hanging out. I will admit, it doesn't look SUPER finished and polished as an item, there are a couple rough patches along the edges, but I think it looks great for the price. I've read a couple complaints about the magnet sticking too hard, which is EASILY countered by affixing the bottom corners to the wall instead of just hanging the box by the hooks provided. And if you put a little piece of tape across the magnet, it totally fixes the problem. Also, the envelope shelves are a little shallower than pictured, but they still easily hold envelopes.I love this product, I think it's great. My only caution is that the key rack isn't great for several set of super bulky keys.

I just got this a couple of days ago and it works great. I did not screw it into the wall as my walls are very tough to get anything into and I used mounting tape as well and with keys and letters filling up the box it holds great!

The unit is very nice looking and easy to install but the wood that the hinges are attached to is only about 1/4" thick, and when the unit was new the wood had already split a bit where the hinge screws attached. The hinge screws are very small and stripped out after a few weeks of use, and there isn't enough wood to put a larger screw into. Two replacement units each arrived with the same splits at the hinge screws so I returned them.
