It replaced my very old Nikken comforter and what a difference!! Fantastic!

I replaced a previous Kenko comforter that I had had for about 10 years. This is so lightweight but keeps us toasty at night even with the thermostat turned down to 58. I think I would have preferred the lighter weight comforter but my husband ordered it and didn't realize there was a difference.

I use it on my bed every night. I like that it's lightweight and soft.

Very comfortable and helps me to accomplish a much deeper sleep.

The Nikken Comforters are the real deal. Hence the high price. There was and I still believe a world wide shortage of far-infrared reflective fiber and prices reflect the rarity of these comforters. Many other makers of far-infrared products use a far inferior spray on ceramic reflective compound. Nikken pioneered the use of ceramic fibers in the mid 90s. Therefore Nikken has the BEST products for this type of technology in my opinion.I’ve used Nikken products for the past 20 years and have never owned or could afford a Nikken Comforter until recently. OMG!!! The only problem is you’ll NEVER want to get out of bed from under one of these remarkable blankets. I have a queen size Kenko-Therm thick comforter placed in a 100% cotton duvet cover to protect it from stains and keep washing to a minimum. I have had my thermostat set at 57 degrees F at night and am plenty warm with this comforter. I’m going to see how low I can actually set thermostat and still remain warm.The Nikken company isn’t allowed to claim any health benefits other than good sleep. Simply Research “Far-Infrared therapy” and see the many studies done. Studies have been done on mice breast cancer tumor reduction of 85% in 30 days with the use of far-infrared technology. Studies have been done showing improved blood circulation with far-infrared therapy. Many other studies including improved mental health, more energy, better flexibility, increases strength, improved vision, improved hearing, improved disposition, better focus, increased metabolism, detoxification, and very vivid dreams have been associated with far-infrared technology. This is truly a material of the future in alternative far-infrared light medicine. You won’t hear to much about these findings from doctors or medical establishments because I feel it’s that good. You shouldn’t put a price on your health, and non-evasive far-infrared therapy that can be worn as clothing and bedding can be very expensive. But like I said in my title, “You get what you pay for!”🙂

Great product - the Nikken Kenko Dream Light Comforter incorporates two healing technologies in one product - magnetic and far-infrared.
